"Xu Gua Zhuan" said: "Things cannot end, so they are subject to hurdles, and those who are hurdles will fall into it."

"Hill" is a trap. "Xi" is a bird's repeated call, which has a heavy meaning.The upper and lower hexagrams of this hexagram are Kan hexagrams, one yang is trapped in two yin.And the two overlap, symbolizing many dangers and difficulties. "Gua Ci" usually directly states the name of the hexagram.But this hexagram has an idiomatic character added; because apart from the two hexagrams "Qian" and "Kun", this is the last hexagram to appear in the "pure hexagram" where the upper and lower hexagrams are the same.Therefore, it is specially stated that it is a hexagram repeated up and down to attract attention.

The upper and lower sides of "Han" are yin lines, and the middle is yang lines. The yin deficiency and yang reality symbolize the reality in the heart, so we say integrity; that is, because of integrity, we can suddenly penetrate.Although this hexagram is an image of many dangers, it is only in the midst of many dangers that the brilliance of human nature can be shown. This kind of resolute behavior that transcends many dangers and has a firm will and does not shrink back is noble. "Mencius All-in-One" says: "People's virtue, wisdom, learning, and knowledge often exist in adversity." This is exactly what it means.

"Yuan" said: learning hurdles, heavy dangers.The water flows without profit, and the risk does not lose its trust. "Wei Xinheng" refers to strength. "There is honor in doing", and it is also meritorious.If there is no danger, there is no way to rise, the land is dangerous, mountains, rivers and hills are also, princes and princes set up danger to defend their country, and when it is dangerous, use fire!

"Xi Kan" means many dangers and difficulties.The image of Kan Gua is similar to the water in the ancient characters, so when the water flows, there is a depression in the front, which must be filled first and then overflow.Just as "Mencius·Jin Xin Shang" said: "The nature of flowing water, if it does not flow to fill the pit, it will not flow forward." Water is like this, no matter how many obstacles there are in front, it will never violate this nature, firmly abide by.Therefore, the "Gua Ci" says "You Fu" to enlighten no matter how many dangers you go through, you must not lose your integrity. "Wei Xinheng" means that "Ninth Two" and "Ninth Five" are masculine and have the virtue of fortitude and moderation. No matter what dangers and difficulties lie ahead, they can suddenly understand in their hearts. "Practice with excellence" refers to "Ninth Two" and "Nineth Five-Year Plans". With the virtue of integrity, progress will inevitably be successful.The sky is too high to go up, and the earth is made of mountains, rivers and hills. The princes followed the example of heaven and earth and set up man-made dangers to consolidate national defense. It can be seen that dangers and difficulties can be adjusted to the current situation, which is too great!

"Xiang" says: When the water comes, learn from the hurdles; a gentleman acts with constant virtue and learns from teaching. "洊zhi" is to come again and again.The Kan hexagram is water, and this hexagram consists of two overlapping waters; therefore, it is said that water comes again and again, rolling and flowing regardless of day and night.A gentleman should imitate this spirit, never stop for a moment, keep learning his own virtues, and learn how to educate others, so as to achieve the saying in "Mencius: Devotion to the Heart", "If you are poor, you will benefit yourself, and if you are rich, you will benefit the world."

Sixth day of the lunar month: learn from hurdles; enter into hurdles, fierce.

"Xiang" said: "Learning from the hurdle and entering the hurdle", losing the way is "fierce".A trap within a trap. "Six" is weak and weak, at the bottom of the Kan hexagram, where there are many dangers and difficulties, it is the trap within the trap, that is, the bottom of the trap, and it is impossible to escape, so it is dangerous. "Xiang Zhuan" said: At this point, the method of escape has been lost, and the danger is extremely dangerous.

This line warns not to fall into danger so deeply that you cannot extricate yourself.Ninety-two: There are dangers, seek small gains.

"Xiang" said: "Seeking small gains", it has not come out of the middle. "Ninety-two" is also difficult and there are obstacles ahead, but "Ninety-two"

When masculinity is achieved, although dangers and difficulties cannot be completely overcome, the goal can still be achieved when the desire is not great. "Xiang Zhuan" said: This is because it is still in danger and there is no separation of fate.

This line warns that in the face of danger, one should not act too hastily, and one should try to get out of danger step by step.

Six Three: Come to the hurdle, dangerous and pillow, enter the hurdle, don't use it.

"Xiang" said: "The ups and downs of coming", it will be useless in the end. "Cankan" means that there is danger in the front, and there is danger in the back. "Six Three" is feminine, not right, and caught in the middle of the upper and lower Kan hexagrams. It is dangerous to advance and retreat. The situation is dangerous, and people who rely on treacherous people are in a dangerous place and have fallen into the depths of danger. won't work.Therefore, "Xiang Zhuan" said: it will not succeed for a long time.

This line warns not to act rashly in the face of many dangers and difficulties, but to seek self-protection first and wait for changes.

June [-]: Goblet of wine and gui er, use a urn, accept promises and let oneself die, and finally blame.

"Xiang" says: "Bottle wine and Gui Er", which is also the boundary between hardness and softness.This line is the most difficult to understand, even to read the sentences. "Zun" is a wine vessel, and "gui" is a bamboo plate for grain. "Fou" is a simple pottery without decoration. "Two" means two. "About" is frugal.

"June [-]th" was close to the honorable "Ninth Five-Year Plan". Originally, the division between monarchs and ministers was very strict, but in times of danger, the strong monarch and the submissive ministers had to omit all red tape and treat each other with sincerity. instead.It's like a bottle of wine, a plate of rice, served with simple pottery, without going through the main entrance, and sent simple food to the king through the window.The main gate is a place for proper entry and exit, and the windows allow light to enter; that is, without going through formal procedures, the method of seeing and knowing can enlighten the king's wisdom; in this way, one can survive dangers and finally avoid disasters.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: This is the reason why the hard and the soft can communicate frankly and cooperate seamlessly. "Ji" is the boundary line where the two walls meet, and it has the meaning of mutual affinity.

This line shows that in danger and difficulty, one should not stick to the routine.Ninth Five-Year: The hurdle is not full, it is only flat, and there is no blame.

"Xiang" said: "The hurdles are not full", and the middle is not big.This "Yao Ci" is not easy to understand, and "Dai" means respect and caution. "ninth five"

In the center of the "Han" in the upper hexagram, the water is still flowing in, not overflowing, and there is no escape.But the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" is masculine and upright, and in the position of respect, regardless of virtue and status, it is their duty to save the world from difficulties; moreover, the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" is already near the end of the Kan hexagram, and the water in the Kan hexagram is quite flowing.It has reached the plane, and it will overflow soon, that is, it will be out of danger, so there is no blame.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: Although the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" was successful, it was not big enough.This line shows that although there is hope to escape danger, the most favorable time should be seized.

Upper Six: It is placed with the emblem, tucked in the thorns, not allowed at the age of three, fierce.

"Xiang" said: "Shangliu" lost the way, "fierce" and "three years old". "系" is a tie, "红" is a three-strand rope, "纆" is a two-strand rope, and "true" is a rope.

Same as setting. "Shang Liu", feminine, at the end of the Kan hexagram, is like being bound by ropes and placed in a bush of thorns, and cannot get out of it for three years, so it is dangerous.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: This is "sixth" contrary to the truth.This line warns, in times of danger, act rashly, the deeper you sink, the more you will be unable to extricate yourself.

Kan hexagram, explaining the principle of breaking through difficulties and dangers.Things are always reversed, when the grandeur is excessive, and facing dangers, but in the dangers, it is enough to carry forward the brilliance of human nature, and to break through the dangers with firmness and fortitude is the highest expression of integrity and the most noble behavior.First of all, you should clearly observe that you should not fall into danger, "at least you should not fall into deep danger. Once you are trapped, you should not act too hastily." Expectations are too high, and you should step by step and gradually get out of danger.In deep.Don't act rashly, you should first seek to protect yourself and wait for changes.In danger, don't stick to common sense.Wisdom should be used in order to break through.Even if there is hope to get out of danger, you should be cautious and seize the most favorable opportunity.If you act rashly, you will sink deeper and deeper, and finally you will not be able to extricate yourself.

A Comprehensive Overview of Kan Gua

[Meaning] It is difficult to achieve great ambitions - it is difficult to break through in dangerous situations.

[Gua Yi] To fall into, to be in danger, to be in danger.

[Introduction] It is one of the four difficult hexagrams (Tun, Kan, Jian, and sleepy).Hom means being in danger. [Gua Yi] The upper ridge, the lower ridge, the upper and lower hexagrams are all water, the two yang lines are trapped in the four yin, and the two waters overlap, which symbolizes dangers and difficulties.But the second and fifth lines in the middle can be centered and solid, which shows that you can be calm and composed when you are trapped in a hurdle.Remind people: in the face of difficulties in life and career, you need to have a contingency strategy.

[Structural model] Three years of rapid danger, once the danger is gone, unconventional, in a dilemma, asking for small help, falling into serious danger, hurdles (difficult dangers).

[Yin and Yang] Two yangs and four yins, the yin envelops the yang line.

[Position] Yin in the first and third lines occupies the position of Yang, and Yang in the second line occupies the position of Yin.The fifth line is the position of respecting the sun, which is right and upright.

The fourth and sixth yao yin occupy the yin position in the middle and upright.
