Zen Master Sid did not answer the believer's question, but asked rhetorically: "You pay homage to Buddha with flowers, and you always have some common sense about flowers and plants. Now I ask you, how do you keep flowers fresh?"

The believer continued to answer: "The best way to keep the flowers fresh is to change the water every day. When changing the water, cut off a part of the flower stalk, because that part of the flower stalk has rotted, and the rotten flower stalk will not absorb water. .If you don't cut it off, the flowers will wither easily!"

After listening to Zen Master Xide, he said: "The same is true for maintaining a cool and pure heart! The living environment is like water in a bottle, and people are flowers in your hands. Only by constantly purifying our hearts and changing our own Temperament, constant repentance, self-criticism, and getting rid of bad habits and shortcomings, can we truly absorb the nutrients of nature!"

After the believers heard this, they suddenly realized.

While the Zen master told the truth to the believers, he also benefited us a lot.The so-called running water does not rot, and the hinges do not moth. They are always new and wiped from time to time.

Life needs to constantly remove spiritual dust and replenish clean water of inspiration in order to keep life fresh.There are many ways to keep life fresh and the best way, the most important one is to understand the principle of "repair and use the eternal new all the time".If you just bury your head in one thing and don't stop until you are exhausted, then this person will definitely feel pain about it.If you rest when you are tired when doing something, and find the reason patiently when you fail, then this person will definitely have new feelings and gains in the end.
