Guan Yin had heard of Lao Dan's name early on, and thought to himself, could it be Lao Tzu's future?So they sent people to clean the road for forty miles, and burned incense along the road to welcome the saint.In the afternoon of July [-]th, the setting sun was setting in the west and shining in the east.Guan Yin was about to go down to the pass to check, when he suddenly saw an old man among the few passers-by passing by, riding upside down on a green bull.The old man's white hair is like snow, his eyebrows hang down his temples, his ears hang down his shoulders, his beard hangs down his knees, and he has a red face and a plain robe, simple and clean.Guan Yin looked up to the sky and sighed: "I am lucky in my life. I can see a saint!" Taking three steps in parallel, he rushed forward, knelt in front of the green bull and worshiped: "Guan Yin kowtowed to see a saint."

Seeing the square face, thick lips, thick eyebrows, and nose of the worshiper, Laozi, who is majestic but not cruel, gentle and non-fascinating, has long known that he is extraordinary, and deliberately tentatively said: "It is very polite for the Lord Guan to worship the poor and lowly old man! The old man dare not accept it, I don’t know what to teach you?" Guan Yin said: "Lao Zhang, saint too! Please stay in Guanshe to refer to the path of spiritual practice." Laozi said: "What is the sacred thing about the old man, who is so beloved by you? Ashamed and ashamed. So ashamed to kill the old man?" Guan Yin said: "Guan Yin is not talented; a good view of astronomy knows a little change. See the purple gas coming from the east, knowing that there are saints going west, see the purple gas being mighty, rolling like a dragon, its length is [-] miles. Knowing the person is the most holy and supreme, not the usual saint; seeing the head of the purple gas, the white clouds are lingering, and the white hair of the knowing saint, is like an old man; before seeing the purple gas, there is a green bull star leading, and the knowing saint comes by riding a green bull. "

Hearing this, Lao Tzu couldn't help laughing, and said

"Now that I have come here in the body of a mortal, you can recognize my real body. From this, we can see that I have a close relationship with you. In this case, I will obey the will of God and accept you as my famous disciple. Sister, I don’t know if you would like to take this opportunity to pass on my teaching system in the future.”

Changmei was overjoyed when he heard what Lao Tzu said, and hurriedly knelt down on the ground and said

"Long eyebrows pay homage to the teacher."

Seeing this, Laozi nodded his head, and then ordered Changmei to leave Hangu Pass and go westward after seeing Yuanyuan and Tongtian.

Lao Tzu and others traveled westward along the Shenxian Road in Zhongnan Mountain, Qinling Mountains. They traveled day and night and came to the foot of Jiangjun Mountain in a few days. The peonies are blooming, the spring water is ding-dong, it is really a paradise. Righteousness is great, and he can't stop sighing: "Tao can be Tao, it is very Tao, the creation of the universe, the beginning of heaven and earth, the mother of all things, if you want to see the wonders, there are always things, Zhong Kui blessed the town house, won the first place on the list, and the real god ...." The eloquent five thousand words were recorded by Changmei, which is also known as the "Tao Te Ching" in the world.After Lao Tzu finished teaching the Tao Te Ching, countless purple air appeared in the sky to meet the sky. Seeing this, Lao Tzu took out a portable steel bracelet from his arms, threw it into the air, and shouted loudly

"Duobao, the tenth prince, you and the other two haven't returned to your throne, when will you wait?"

Hearing what Lao Tzu said, the two princes of Duobao immediately gathered around and chose Amitabha, and then they turned into two Buddhas, surrounded by Buddha's light, and the relics flew into the air, and then they heard the two speak

"Wu Duo Bao, the ten princes of the demon world, established Hinayana Buddhism today. In the future, we will not worship Hongjun or chant Huang Ting, but only worship Amitabha Buddha. In the name of Wu Duo Bao, the ten princes, only Theravada Buddhism is now Buddha. The Tathagata of Many Treasures, Tathagata of the Great Sun, Amitabha Buddha."

As the two people's voices fell, countless merits and virtues descended from the sky immediately, and Lao Tzu obtained three points of merits, and then put this merit into the diamond carving, making the diamond carving directly become a treasure of merit and virtue, which can receive all things in the world.But Duobao Tathagata and Dari Tathagata each obtained three points of merit, and the two took their own good corpses. One was the Four Great Ming Kings, and the other was Zen Master Wuchao.The rest of the merits were scattered among the crowd, even the human-like boulder was recovered a little bit, and with the power of the merits, it transformed into a human body.

Then Duobao Tathagata and Dari Tathagata bowed together like Sanqing, and then they sat on the lotus and left like the west.

But Lao Tzu took the strange stone as a registered disciple and gave him the name Zhong Kui. After giving him a demon-slaying sword and a red robe, he sent Zhong Kui into reincarnation.Later, the Tao Te Ching was bestowed on Changmei, and Changmei was ordered to go to Mount Emei in the middle of Sichuan to practice, so that in the future, he could pass on the Taoism to others.

Then he ordered the three of Pu Xian to reincarnate in reincarnation, and after everything was over, he brought the two of Yuan Tongtian back to Tushita Palace.

The three of Samantabhadra, Cihang and Manjusri are also people of great perseverance. They have reincarnated for ten lives, and they have just realized the Bodhi Dao. They will remember the past life. Entered Buddhism.

The three were later named Manjusri Bodhisattva, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva by Zhunti, and they were listed as the four major Bodhisattvas of Buddhism with Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. The details here will not be expressed one by one.

Let’s just say that Duobao and Dari Tathagata, after establishing Hinayana Buddhism, came to the Western Lingshan World to meet Amitabha Buddha and Zhunti Buddha’s mother. It is the past Buddha of the third Buddha, Dabao Tathagata and Great Sun Tathagata is the Buddha of the present, and Maitreya is the Buddha of the future. Among them, the Tathagata Buddha of Many Treasures is the master and the Lord of the Buddhas."

After speaking, Amitabha and Zhunti Buddha's mother immediately disappeared. When everyone saw this, they all praised Amitabha.

Afterwards, the Great Sun Tathagata, Many Treasures Tathagata, Lantern Ancient Buddha, and Maitreya Buddha ascended to the position of Lord Buddha and the Buddha of the third generation respectively.
"Nanwu Many Treasures Tathagata Buddha, Nanwu Dari Tathagata Buddha, Nanwu Randeng Ancient Buddha, Nanwu Maitreya Buddha."

Seeing this, Duobao waved his hand to make everyone stand up, and then said

"The little monk is now the Buddha Lord. I should make a great vow. I voluntarily reincarnate to realize my Buddhist teachings. When the little monk returns home, the Buddhist affairs will be handled by the big day. Nanwu Amitabha."

After all, Duobao Tathagata's figure gradually receded. Seeing this, everyone hurriedly put their hands together and praised the name of Duobao Tathagata Buddha.

After Duobao was reincarnated, he was born in a small country in Xiniu Hezhou, named Siddhartha and Gautama.

Siddhartha was intelligent since he was a child, and loved Buddhist scriptures. He received traditional education from Brahmanism in his youth, and also studied the art of war and martial arts. He was an expert in riding and shooting swords.It is said that Sakyamuni traveled by car when he was [-] years old. He met old people, sick people and dead bodies successively on the road between southeast and west three gates.Finally, outside the north gate, I met a monk who became a monk and practiced Taoism. He heard from the monk that becoming a monk could save life, death, sickness and old age, and he had the idea of ​​becoming a monk to practice Taoism. At the age of [-], despite his father's repeated dissuasion, he resolutely left his wife and children, abandoned the life of the royal family, and became a monk to practice Taoism.After leaving home, Sakyamuni first went to the outskirts of Rajagha to study meditation, and then practiced asceticism alone in the woods by the Nilian Chan River. He only ate one meal a day, and then ate one meal every seven days, wore tree bark, and slept on cow dung. Six years later, his body became emaciated, like dead wood, and he still had nothing to gain, unable to find the way of liberation.So he gave up the asceticism, went into the Nilian Zen River to wash his body, and after taking a bath, he accepted the chyle offered by a shepherd girl and recovered his health.Afterwards, he crossed the Nilianchan River and came to the Pipala tree (Bodhi tree) outside the city of Gaya to meditate.It is said that after seven days and seven nights, I finally suddenly realized that I was convinced that I had penetrated to the source of suffering in life, cut off the root of birth, old age, sickness and death, and made greed, hatred, ignorance and other troubles no longer arise in my heart.This marks his enlightenment and enlightenment, becoming a Buddha.On the day of becoming a Buddha, the Zhoutian golden lotus bloomed and used the lotus flower. Sakyamuni pointed to the sky with one hand and pointed to the ground with the other, which means that the sky and the earth are my only one. All the Buddhas in the sky come to worship and praise the Buddha Lord. .

After Tathagata became a Buddha, he walked in the world for countless years to spread Buddhism and Dharma. During these endless years, Tathagata had several great disciples, one of whom was Bodhidharma who later established Shaolinzi.

Countless years passed before the Tathagata ascended to the west and ascended to the position of Lord Buddha. So far, the great prosperity of Buddhism has truly shown itself.

At this time, in the chaos, after Amitabha and Zhunti Buddha's mother left Lingshan, in the Western Paradise opened up by the Buddha, only the saint Zhunti said to Amitabha beside him

"Brother, why do you still retreat when you clearly know that Duobao and Dari Tathagata are a trap set up by the Taoist sect? In this way, my Buddhist sect may suffer catastrophe in the future."

Hearing Zhunti's words, Amitabha couldn't help sighing, and said

"Hey, it's God's will, and senior brother can't disobey it, but now is the time when my Buddhism is flourishing, and it's impossible for those oriental saints to stop my teaching from flourishing. Let's save some energy."

After hearing what Amitabha said, Zhunti sighed and said:

"It can only be as what the senior brother said. Now the world is divided into four major continents, which is not comparable to the ancient prehistoric times. It can no longer withstand the destruction of us and other saints, so all the saints will be in the chaos 33 days away." To open up the cave, like the ancestor Wu, he used his magic power to move the Pangu Hall and Wahuang Hall on Qingqiu Mountain to 33 days. In the former Wahuang Palace, he named it Ziweitian.

Now that all the saints are not in the human world, it is convenient for my plan. "

After hearing Zhunti's words, Amitabha nodded, and then said with concern
"Junior Brother, don't be careless. Your avatar in the human world must be careful, and don't mess with Sage Qinglian. With our current cultivation base, if we mess with him, we will only make fun of ourselves. Fortunately, This time it's my share of planning the Eastern Dao Sect, and it has nothing to do with his Wu Sect, so he won't interfere too much."

After hearing Amitabha's words, Zhunti couldn't help thinking for a moment, and the expression on his face changed from resentment, resentment, unwillingness, and helplessness, to calmness at last, and then Zhunti smiled slightly and said

"Brother, don't worry, the younger brother knows the consequences."

Seeing that Zhunti was like this, Amitabha nodded, then closed his eyes, and went to enlightenment.
