The fruit of immortality can prolong life for hundreds of years, or thousands of years, and it will not die for a long time. Afterwards, use the fire of the great cycle of heaven to transform the spirit into the spirit, so that the spirit and energy can be united into one. The heart has no birth and death, and the breath has no in and out. , although the fetal spirit is sufficient, it is still Shaoyang, and it is better to refine the old age, but it is the one who breaks away from the heavy and turbid form, turns into a god, and rises above the three realms. From the shallow to the deep, this is the meaning of gradual progress!From the first jhana, it is mindfulness, the second jhana is resting, the third jhana is the pulse, and the fourth jhana is stillness and concentration. Although it has not changed for a long time, this is the meaning of sudden transcendence!From practicing samadhi, there is constant samadhi; from right samadhi, there is great samadhi; then gradually there is a pause in the middle, and you can get constant samadhi; The gradual progress of the immortal Buddha's great practice, the suddenness of the immortal Buddha's great practice, and the so-called gradualness of the extraordinary man, is limited to the follow-through, and the so-called suddenness of the extraordinary man is the speed of advancement and retreat, and there is no such thing as the same year as the Taoist. In other words, I talked about the gradual method and sudden method, but I looked up to the ancient times. The foundation has not been built, and it has reached the evening scene of Sangyu; the death limit is over, and you can look forward to it. If you practice like this, don't say that you can't succeed in this life. Xiangyuewentong the ancient Buddhist saying: It is not difficult to adjust the breath, use the words "whether or not" for detailed reference, and do not use slight force, forcibly will damage the original, all actions are diseases, inaction and inaction are self-extraction, When there is fire, use fire to prosper the fire.
