raw material:
400 grams of tender lotus root, 100 grams of sauerkraut, appropriate amount of cooking oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, minced green onion, and minced ginger.

Production process:

1. Remove the joints, peel and wash the lotus root, cut into small pieces; soak the sauerkraut, cut it into minced sauerkraut for later use.
