Those who donate little and have high hopes do not repay, those who are expensive but forget the lowly will not be long, and those who miss the old and abandon new achievements are fierce.Those who employ people who are not righteous will be perilous, those who employ people by force are not beasts, those who choose officials for others will be chaotic, and those who lose what they want are weak.Decision-making is risky for those who are not benevolent;Warriors are poor, warriors are rich and poor.Those who bribe the public are ignorant.

If you hear good things and ignore them, if you remember your mistakes, you will be violent.What you can't trust, what you trust can't be trusted.Those who shepherd with virtue gather together, and those who lead people with punishment scatter.If small achievements are not rewarded, great achievements will not be made; if small grievances are not forgiven, great grievances will arise.Reward those who are not convinced, and punish those who are unwilling to rebel.Rewards are for meritorious service, punishments are for those who are innocent.Those who listen to slander are beautiful, and those who hear remonstrance and enemies die.Those who can have what they have are safe, and those who are greedy for others are disabled.

Those who love deeply are eager to seek talents, and those who are happy to support them are generous; those who rule the country will return to their land, and those who will perish will avoid the virtuous first.If the land is thin, no big things can be produced; if the water is shallow, big fish won't swim; if the trees are bare, big birds won't live; if the forest is sparse, big animals won't live.Those who are steep will collapse, and those who are full will overflow.

Those who abandon jade and boulders are blind, those who have sheep and tiger skin are soft.If you don't lift your clothes, you will fall down, if you walk without looking at the ground, you will be upside down.The house of the weak will be ruined, and the country will collapse if the weak are supported.The foot cold is sad, and the people's complaints hurt the country.When the mountain is about to collapse, the downfall is the first; when the country is about to decline, the people are the first to suffer.The roots are dead and the branches are rotten, and the people are trapped and the country is disabled.Those who are on the same track as the overturned car will fall, and those who work with the subjugated country will perish.If you see what has been lost, be careful about losing it; if you hate its traces, you must avoid it.

Those who are afraid of danger will be safe, and those who are afraid of death will survive.Madam's actions: if there is a way, it will be good, if there is no way, it will be bad.The auspicious ones return with all blessings, and the evil ones are attacked by all disasters; if it is not sacred, it is naturally loved.
