Only those who can appreciate them can understand life value and sweetness away from the misfortune of life." Romain Rolland's words are of a very high life coordinate, and only by looking at joy and pain from a high place in life can we treat them with a calm attitude and not be overwhelmed by pain. Trouble, so that life can have a sense of joy in any situation.

Life is a never-ending, never-ending struggle. In the dark night, we must accept the darkness and look for the light.The world is constantly turning, accept reality, face it bravely, the world spins for you.

Peace of mind, Ziru is a Buddha

We live between these two kinds of people, and there is nothing we can do; "knowing what to do and being content with life", but in a world of contradictions, we have to live in contradictions, and we don't think you are smart, nor do you think I'm a bastard, very Live normally, "and live in peace."

"Anything" is also known as "Anything". Usually, many people like to use the word "Anything" to criticize others or laugh at themselves, so that it has become a synonym for being satisfied with the status quo and not thinking about making progress.Now, savoring these four words carefully, I feel that not only has a deep meaning, but also contains two meanings.

"According to the situation" refers to following the situation. "An" can be understood as resigning to fate and being content with the status quo; Peace of mind, and continue to insist on their pursuit.The former's "safety" may be called "negative life", while the latter's "safety" requires a good psychological adjustment ability, and even a detached and open-minded mind. Not everyone can do it of.

A man went to a temple to play, and when he saw the Bodhisattva sitting on it, he asked, "Excuse me, Bodhisattva, what are you thinking?"

The Bodhisattva said, "I don't think about anything."

"Then why can't we guess the look in your eyes?"

"Oh, that's right," the Bodhisattva smiled serenely. "My mind is as clear as water, and I can see it clearly. I don't think about anything, and I'm not affected by changes in the external situation. The so-called seven emotions and six desires are just yours. I am happy or sad when I see something I like, but I think that everything is external to me except food. If you understand this truth, you can become a saint. If you compare a person to a Buddha, he will have nothing when he is born. If he can be at peace with the situation, work when he is working, rest when he is resting, be happy and help others, then why not worry about living [-] years than Peng Zu?"

"Then why am I living so long?"

"Well, everyone has their own opinions."

"Since this is the case, I don't want to become a Buddha, so I'll just go with what happens. Thank you Bodhisattva for your guidance. See you next time."

The man walked out of the mountain gate.

People should live with the situation.This is not to suggest that we should not be ambitious but rather to be realistic, appreciate and enjoy what you have.Instead of doing a good job of ambitious and unrealistic pursuits.

Zhuangzi said: "A real person in ancient times sleeps without dreams, sleeps without worry, eats unwillingly, and breathes deeply ("Zhuangzi·The Great Master")." In any situation, if you can sleep without dreaming, wake up without worries, eat well, and breathe evenly and deeply, you must be able to live with the situation.This kind of "safety" is of course the peace of mind, not the peace of being content with the status quo.This kind of peace of mind can not only make people "sleep without dreams, and feel free from worries", but also can make people live optimistically and stay young forever.

Zen Master Daoxian in Luoshan, Fuzhou, went to visit Zen Master Shi Shuang, and said: "The spiritual awareness of the heart has already appeared, but it is often bound by a lot of chaotic thoughts. How should I work hard in this ups and downs? ?”

Zen Master Shishuang replied: "It is best to face it squarely and discard all kinds of thoughts directly."

Daoxian was not satisfied with the answer, so he went to ask Zen Master Yantou Quanhuo again and asked the same question.

Zen Master Yantou said: "The arrogant mind will stop when it should, just let it go, what to do with it!"

Human hearts are always chaotic and complicated, with ups and downs, and wise people can let nature take its course.

Polhert is a well-known theater actress who has been active on the world theater stage for 50 years, starting from a young age.But when she was 71 in Paris, she suddenly found herself broke.To make matters worse, while crossing the Atlantic on a boat, she accidentally fell and seriously injured her leg and developed phlebitis.

The doctor who treated her thought that the leg must be amputated to save her from danger.However, the doctor hesitated to tell Polhert this terrible decision, fearing that she would not be able to bear the shock.

But it turns out that the doctor was wrong.When he finally had to say this, Polhert looked at him and said calmly: "Since there is no other better way, let's do it."

"Oh? You mean that no child is dying of illness at all?" asked Vinsend urgently. "Thank God, that's the best news I've heard in days."

Life is alive, life and death are fate.Human life does not lie in how long it is (immortality so what), but in living a meaningful and valuable life.We follow nature and act according to the natural laws of life, so we should cherish ourselves very much, increase the value of life, and create a beautiful life.

To grasp the fate, the most important thing is to do three things: one is to correctly treat "attributing to nature".Correctly treating "attributing to nature" is to conform to nature and tend to "necessity"; and conforming to nature and tending to "necessity" is to grasp destiny.The second is to correctly treat "attributing to opportunities", that is to say, when opportunities come to you, you should seize them and not let them pass you by; the third is to take "attributing to ourselves" seriously.It is necessary to comply with the objective and act on the premise of not violating the objective laws, but also to exert subjective initiative and improve our situation through our subjective efforts!

Tolerant of others, immeasurable Dharma is boundless
Our human psychology has a natural requirement, which is to ask others to be perfect: we ask friends, subordinates or officers to hope that they have no shortcomings and are good in everything.But don't forget that the other party is also a person, and since he is a person, he has shortcomings.From the perspective of psychology, it is absolutely selfish to wish others well.

There is also an old saying that warns us - "When the water is clear, there will be no fish, and when people observe it, there will be no disciples." If the water is too clear and pure, it will be difficult for fish to survive; if people are too smart and too harsh on others, they will not tolerate others.Later generations often use this to warn people: Don't be too harsh on others, and don't look too harsh on problems.

Lü Mengzheng of the Song Dynasty didn't like to haggle with others. When he first became prime minister, another official pointed at him behind the curtain and said to others: Is this unknown boy worthy of being prime minister?Lu Mengzheng pretended not to hear, and strode over.The other politicians were aggrieved by him, and they were going to ask who dared to be so bold, but after Lu Mengzheng found out, he hurriedly stopped them.

After the dynasty was over, those who participated in politics were still dissatisfied and regretted not finding that person just now.Lu Meng was telling them: If you know his name, you will never forget it for the rest of your life.How bad it is to be brooding like this!So don't ask for this person's name. In fact, I don't know who he is, and I don't lose anything!People at that time admired him for his generosity.

Who doesn't talk behind their backs, who doesn't talk about people behind their backs?Lu Meng is the prime minister, if he competes with others because of this matter, it will be immodest and a waste of time.

Don't be too harsh in what you do.

During the time of Song Taizong, someone reported that some people in the management of water transportation in the Bianhe River smuggled official goods to sell in other places, which affected some people around them, and everyone was quite critical.After hearing these words, Taizong said:

It's really not easy to completely eradicate these vampires, it's like plugging a rat hole with something.You can't take this too seriously, as long as you punish the culprits who cooperate and have extremely bad influence.If some official ships occasionally engage in private behavior, as long as they do not interfere with normal official duties, there is no need to pursue them too much.In short, this is also to ensure the unimpeded flow of official transportation materials!

Prime Minister Lu Mengzheng, who was standing by, also agreed, saying:
If the water is too clear, no fish will stay, and if the people are too strict, people will lose their hearts.Generally speaking, a gentleman can't understand what a villain does, and if he pursues it too much, he may cause chaos.If you don't tolerate it, let it know the ban, so that the management work can be carried out smoothly.In the past, Cao Shen of the Han Dynasty was very cautious in the management of the judiciary and the market. Don't be too picky, leave room for maneuver in everything, and let go of the minutiae. This is actually the creed of most Chinese people.No one is perfect, and it will be riddled with holes when viewed under a microscope, so be lenient and don't be harsh on others.

Get along with others, be kind to others, don't demand others psychologically, and pay attention to restraining your sharpness in behavior, be kind, and don't hurt others.
