A few hours prior, Feng Meifeng was in her dormitory. Qin Shan shouted at her, "Meifeng! You need to get out of your bed!"

"Leave me alone!" Feng Meifeng pulled up the blanket to cover her face.

"Come on! Don't you want to get something to eat?! It's my treat today!" Qin Shan said as she tried to pull the blanket off Feng Meifeng's head. But Feng Meifeng wasn't budging.

"I don't want to go."

"Not this again." Qin Shan rolled her eyes.

"You need to move, Meifeng! You can't be a couch potato!" Qin Shan roared out. Feng Meifeng has been like that for the last few days!

"I don't wanna. And besides, why do I need to go with you? You'll be with Qingsheng! Leave a single dog like me out of this." Feng Meifeng knew Qin Shan's boyfriend, Mao Qingsheng, would be there too.

She didn't want to be a third wheel in her friend's lovey-dovey time.

"It's because you've been acting like this for too long!" She understood why she was acting like this too. It was the incident with Lu Chen that caused her friend to be like this.

"He's not my type."

"..." I don't think anyone is your type. When comparing the guys to Lu Chen, she might be right. They were all inferior to Lu Chen. But where could they find a guy like that?

Lu Chen was ingrained into her mind. Qin Shan grabbed Feng Meifeng's shoulders,

"How about this? We're only going there for a cup of tea. I'll buy you your favorite drink, and you can leave after that."

"...Fine." Feng Meifeng sighed as the two walked to the cafe. Mao Qingsheng waved his hand,

"Shan Shan!" Beside him was another guy.

"Hi-" "I'm getting on line." Feng Meifeng ignored the guy's greeting and walked over to the line. Mao Qingsheng gave Qin Shan a look. The latter shook her head.

As Feng Meifeng was getting her drink,

"Junior Feng."
