"I was wondering if you had lunch yet?" Bai Xiaoqing asked.

"...No."

"Then how about you and I get lunch?" Bai Xiaoqing suggested. Before Lu Chen could answer,

"If you don't go with me, I'll complain to my grandfather about it."

"..." Are you kidding me?! You will tell Elder Bai that I didn't eat lunch with you! It sounded so dumb. But Lu Chen knew Bai Geming would use this against him somehow! Lu Chen sighed,

"Alright. Where do you want to go eat?" He thought Bai Xiaoqing had a restaurant she wanted to go to. But Bai Xiaoqing shrugged her shoulders,

"I don't know. What do you want to eat?" Lu Chen's expression turned blank as he stared at her. So you asked me out. And you don't even know what you want?

Lu Chen sighed, "Alright, let's get some fast food." There was a fast-food restaurant around the corner. Bai Xiaoqing nodded, and the two entered the building. There was a line. As the two waited there, Lu Chen turned to Bai Xiaoqing,

Bai Xiaoqing leaned into her hand as she explained, "The only things I ate were high-class foods and home-cooked meals."

"What about college? You should have at least eaten something unhealthy with your friends?" Lu Chen questioned. All college students should have fast food.

Bai Xiaoqing shook her head and explained, "No, I haven't with my friends. Most of my time was focused on working at the company." She was given a diet plan to keep her body healthy and lively.

"..." Lu Chen stared at her in shock.

"..." Bai Xiaoqing smiled, "Don't look at me like that."

"...You missed out on so much of your life." Lu Chen said with a crying expression.

"Ehh?"

"Eat, child. Just eat." Lu Chen said as he shooed her to eat. That caused Bai Xiaoqing to laugh,

"Why are you acting like you're my elder?"
