A Failure's hopeful Journey

As soon as You Xi Wang uttered, "The war god's brawl." his temperament changed. He did not become a rampant beast but a precise fighting machine. His blows became swifter and compact. Every blow had such strength that the Ancestor of the Paul family was sensing a shudder in his heart. 

The old man was aware that he could not bring out such force with his attacks until he increased his output, that was something he could not achieve without biting back on his words to fight with You Xi Wang on the same level. He was feeling troubled as the fists of the boy had begun to surpass his capabilities. 

You Xi Wang did not think of anything else, his mind was focused on only one thing and that was how to break through this old man's attacking defense and beat the shit out of this cocky old relic. His war god sutra was based on fighting and analyzing the loopholes and breaking through them. His seemingly reckless barrage was a mix of probing and fatal blows.

You Xi Wang charged forward at the old man. He did not believe in giving his opponents a second chance. The old man was not having himself moping the floor, so he took out a shield from his space ring. The young man sneered and took out a handful of mini bombs. He threw the bombs over to the old man and took a flickered away. 

The ancestor of the Paul Family was expecting an impact from his shield, however, what came to greet him was a chain of multiple impacts and all from random directions. The shield in his hand was a spirit weapon and prevented him from the chain bombing around him by invoking a barrier around him. 

The old man cursed, "This brat."

The old people all smiled as they heard the news. Life on Grandium got interesting as this batch of youngsters arrived and they all began to brew ideas in their minds, about how to spice things up.

You Xi Wang peeked from behind the cannon and looked at a haggard old man standing in front of him. The old man was not wounded but his breathing was irregular. He was also gazing at You Xi Wang. The young man said, "I still have a few cards left elder. Should we keep going on?" 

The ancestor of the Paul family said begrudgingly, "You win, brat. Humph, go away I will tell Neo to visit your place later." 

You Xi Wang smiled and waved at the old man before storing the cannon back in his space ring and boarding his flying sword. He decided to go back to his family's territory. You Zhen Long at the moment was laughing loudly, making the whole mansion shake. 

The juniors asked and the old man told them, he wanted to see how surprised they will be, however, he was destined to be disappointed. You Tong chuckled and said, "Elder, If I told you that Xiao Wang gazed in the eyes of the god of destruction and threatened him to not leave him alive if he did anything to anyone in the family or he will eventually kill him. Do you believe it?" 

You Zhen Long gulp, he thought the kids were bragging so he asked, "What was the name of this god of destruction?" 

You Tong replied, "His excellency is known by the name, Rudra." 

You Zhen Long sat down on his chair with a thud and eyes wide open. He mumbled, "Does he have a death wish? What if that god really destroyed the family?" 

You Tong shook her head and said, "The goddess of creation stood at Xiao Wang's side." 

You Zhen Long placed his hand on his chest and said, "You guys go back to practice. You only have a limited time left." 

While he was dealing with his shock, You Zhichi was milking her benefits from the bet. She was having Griffin Tallus return everything she had hogged from You Zhen Long over time. The old lady could not believe it when You Xi Wang took out the cannon and delivered five shots at the opponent. 

He won fairly, he only took out weapons when the old guy took out his spirit shield. She mumbled, "You two siblings..." as she sighed. 

You Zhichi smiled as she brutally took back the treasures of her family elder.

He did not know what the effect of his brutal thrashing on the old man was. Even if he knew he would not care about it.
