A New World

After that we trained together for the rest of the day. When I was soarring against Kushina she was dealing heavy strikes but with my newfound strenght she could not do anything. The rest of the day passed slowly.

At the end of the day we decided to go eat with Kakashi as Sakumo was on an important mission, so he was alone. We went to Ichiraku with him. I wanted to make him pay his food because he called me uncle again but Mikoto insisted to invite him, saying that he is just a kid.

As we ate Kakashi asked" Where were you this year ?" I replied" We were training in a cave in Suna. And you, how is your training ?" He casually said" I became a chunin at the end of last year." I replied" I see… What the fuck are you so casual about it ?!"

He chuckled and Mikoto said harshly"Language !" I returned defeated" Yes ma'am…" Except my surprise about this little genius nothing much important happened. The same day, in the evening, as we were home with Mikoto, I said" I think we should go back to somewhere else to train another sage mode."

She asked me curious" Why do you want to go back so soon ? We only returned today, don't you want to just stay here doing nothing ?" I shook my head and said" First you know I don't want to just stay idle. But the most important thing is that I think another war is coming."

She opened her eyes wide and looked at me in shock. She began to say" Another war ?…" Then she froze so I said" The Hokage himself thinks so, because the other villages, especially Suna, are becoming weaker and poorer. The only two villages that are still in a good shape is Konoha and Kiri."

She had a look of fear and sadness but her eyes regained hope and she said" Can't you stop this war ? With your Susanoo only, I believe you are the strongest man in the world, so you should be able to act as a deterent…"

I shook my head and said" No I can't. Indeed I am certainly the strongest man alive, but I can't fight the entire world alone, or even with the entirety of the village. Moreover for the other villages, they won't necesseraly have to win the war to gain.

And this war will be different from the other one. This one is not going to be set in a precise location like the last one. We did too much dmage to Ame, and the villages won't do the same mistake. There has been a meeting between the different Kage recently and Sarutobi said that an agreement has been signed saying that there won't ever be a war like the one last time.

And with all this the hidden villages lack funds. The most probable situation is that Suna will launch a war against us and even though they will lose, the peace treaty at the end will grant them a lot of ressources and makes them richer than now. There is also Kumo that hates us, so even if they don't gain anything from us they will still attack us.

That will make us attacked by at least two villages, and I suspect that Iwa will attack Kumo and Kiri. Kiri will want the supremacy and attack either us or Kumo. But the worst situartion is for Suna. During the Second war apart from Konoha that had Tsunade, all the other villages lost a lot of ninjas thanks to Suna's poisons.

This allowed them to earn the hatred of three other villages." She looked at me and asked" so you want to train until the war begins to become stronger." I nodded and said" My goal is to master one other sage mode before the war begins. But I would also like you to become stronger.

I will eventually be able to master all five sage modes because I already had contact with their essences before, but for other people they will need to have a high affinity to develop the elementary sage mode.

If you culd master the fire sage mode is because of your affinity. So I want you to be stronger thus we will work on your second elementary affinity, wind. This should either be as fast as fire sage mode if there exist and we found a diferent type of wind, but that will only be luck.

So we will go to Suna again as this is where there is the most wind in the world." She nodded and hugged me. I was surprised and she said" Now let's stop talking about all this official and bothersome stuff. Let's enjoy our bed a little…"

After she said that I imediately unleashed myself. It has been more than a year since we last did it. We did not want to do it inside a cave in the desert so we waited. In the end we did it all night. But what was strange was that we were not exhausted the next morning.
