While Albrecht was obsessed with real-world issues, he saw soldiers raiding the town from afar. Technically, it's an exhibition.

I heard people screaming and shouting, "This is not enough," and the men beaten by the soldier seemed to be raped along the way.

Should I tell him to stop? But it was their land, and this was the way of this era. At least my land is my own. What can I say?

As Albrecht approaches the village, the soldiers seem a little cautious and don't know what to do. Their commander or knight was supposed to handle this, but he was nowhere around. Seeing a soldier rush somewhere, it looks like he's going to summon a commander or knight.

As Albrecht enters the village, the soldiers get to know what they're doing. A few moments later, a knight with a helmet and shield comes out of the alley in a chain of armor.

The jacket shows a Heater Shield on the chest and a white lily on the blue base. The knight's shield was also painted with a white lily on a blue base. It seemed to be a family crest.

The knight looked like he was in his 20s, with red hair and a short beard. My eyes were clear, but I looked a little tired. The knights are just as big, but slightly smaller than Albrecht.

The knight glances blankly at Albrecht. No one asked me to identify myself. Then I said to Albrecht,

“The sword. Where did you come from?”

The knight points his chin at the sword that killed Michael.

“I got it from killing a man named Michael in a duel. ”

The knight smiles and speaks to himself.

“He ended up dead. ”

He looked back at Albrecht and said,

“I am Ludwig von Banhenheim. Are you?”

“Albrecht von Hoenclatern. ”

Ludwig shrugs once and nods.

“I'm familiar with your reputation. You may go.”

Albrecht asked me one question before he left.

“Don't you avenge me? I heard that Michael is also of the Banhenheim family. ”

Ludwig smiles and says.

“What do you mean? If he died in a duel, that's all he's good at. I don't blame anyone.”

Ludwig pauses, then says again.

“My family respects the strong. I hate you at the same time. Nice to meet you. Farewell."

Albrecht makes his way through the village. You still hear people screaming in the background.

Without a map, you ask people for directions and head to Penbach. A few more days later, when the sun came down, I saw a hundred soldiers stationed there, and there seemed to be more people following them. Among the soldiers, many took their families to the battlefield.

Although the common sense of the modern people on Earth was not clear, many people decided that it was safer to stay in their encampment and fight in the battle area than to stay in the village.

That's why it seemed that the number of merchants and soldiers that were crowded like clouds was almost 300-400, even more than the fighting force. A village, or a small city, was moving throughout.

Albrecht was able to identify himself and enter the garrison and resupply. After placing an exhibition in a nearby village, the food prices were relatively low. Bought Travel Hard Bread and Jerky, Dried Fruit, Salted Dried Fish, etc. I bought a lot just in case.

Albrecht asked for directions while meeting the merchants.

“How far are you from Penbach? ”

The merchant takes Albrecht's question and considers it for a long time.

“Penbachtra...... I thought it was a lost village. ”

Unexpectedly, Albrecht was embarrassed. I felt like I was badly pillaged in the war.

“What do you mean, gone? ”

The merchant watches Albrecht and says nothing more. I asked him why he didn't answer quickly, and he reached out his hand. Albrecht gave me a silver coin. The merchant smiles brightly and quickly tucks the silver coin into his pocket. I thought I was brave enough to stand up to the knights like a man who sells against an army.

“Penbach's been missing a long time. A decade? More than a decade? I will.”

Albrecht is confused. He's been asking for directions all this time. Most people didn't even know there was a village called Penbach, and at least they knew Penbach about a decade ago.

Since Diego didn't come to the mainland to do business often, he probably only talked about what he heard. Since Penbach is nearby, maybe this merchant is telling the truth, but it's gone. Ten years ago. It was a surprise.

“I don't know the details. I heard a young man once killed the lord's son. I don't know if he was captured and killed, but he ran away and he couldn't catch it. I heard that the angry lord totally destroyed the town. ”

Albrecht is dead. What do we do? Could Eric's mother have survived the massacre? No, do you think Erik thought his mother would be okay after all that he did and ran away? Or did he let me go to find out about his mother's life because he couldn't?

Albrecht was a little shocked by the unexpected words that popped out of the merchant's mouth. The merchant looks at Albrecht and says,

“It was over a decade ago. Do you know if people came back and rebuilt it? Farmers' viability is much stronger than you might think. It's the surest way to go and check it out. I'll show you the way. ”

Albrecht, who thought he would get a few coins, taught me the way by giving me a silver coin and the merchant felt better.

‘The merchant is better than me. Let's go see for ourselves. ’

Albrecht is about to embark on a horse with his supplies, and the garrison commander approaches and suggests we join him. Albrecht again offered to pay you a high salary, but Albrecht politely refused. Then I sent him off surprisingly cool. Well, what if I don't let him go?

If you don't like me as much as the world where every soldier should be armed and hand-picked in the first place. It was absurd to make Albrecht fight, strong or weak.

Albrecht is almost behind a moving-village-level encampment and headed for Penbach.

* * *

Between the Middle East and the Middle East, there was a huge mountain range called the White Mountains. The white mountains curved all the way to the south-east of the middle and formed some boundaries with the south.

Giant horses that used to run the earth run a little farther south in the middle and see the low mountains everywhere. The morning of winter, the sun shines brightly on the world, and the wind blows from the mountain, shouting, "Back off!"

Albrecht presses his cloak and hood into the ruined village, facing a harsh wind. From afar, there seemed to be no people, but as I entered the ruins, I couldn't see them, but I felt popular.

“I won't hurt you. I need to ask you a question. Come out.”

However, only the silent answer returned. Albrecht sighs and draws his sword.

“Come out when you say something nice. Running away won't do any good since I'm riding a horse. ”

Even after waiting for a long time, he didn't seem to want to come out.

“Come out for three. If you don't, I'll find them one by one and kill them all. ”

I didn't mean to kill him, but I needed a threat. Then, the boy who had sinned from the corner of the ruined building suddenly came out. It wasn't even a beggar. It was just before being a beggar.

Blonde hair, blue eyes, like Albrecht's age, and taller than his age. It looked like it was a cute statue just by looking at my face, and my eyes were bright but strong. I didn't know if I wasn't too fit to live. I wasn't skinny, but it was convincing.

Albrecht was big, but he had scars and lines all over his face. Who would believe he was 15 years old? If only my eyes were pure like my mother's, I would have been a bandit.

If the boy in front of him looked younger than he did, he might be older than Albrecht.

Albrecht dared to look at the boy.

“Is this Penbach? ”

The boy nodded his head and said nothing.

“Do you know a man named Erik? ”

The boy shook his head and said nothing. Albrecht was embarrassed. Now what do we do?

“What were you doing here? ”

I don't think he is mute, but the boy was speechless. I barely spoke.

“To get the house, the timber......”

“Why wood? ”

“Hey, that......”

The boy tried to talk, but the one hiding in the corner of the building shouted small.

“Randolph! You can't talk! ”

Albrecht sighs again.

“I can hear you. Fuck.”

Albrecht curses and says harshly, but the atmosphere that was stiff was more frozen.

“Come out the motherfucker you just said. No, it's all there. Don't test my patience anymore. ”

Albrecht says something scary and doesn't seem to come out either.

“Come out quickly! ”

The echo echoes as the sound reaches the nearby mountain. The boy, Randolphran, who was a little farther in front of you, is startled and grips his butt.

After a while, the older ones came out from Albrecht's age, and the younger ones looked like Jurgen. There seemed to be about a dozen.

Albrecht remembers a group of children who used to follow him in CalTerre.

But that was it, and he rode off with a sword in one hand to the boy named Randolph, who was first standing in front of him.

“What were you going to use wood for? Tell me or you're dead. ”

Of course I didn't mean to kill him. Randolph's answer was surprising.

“No, I can't say. ”

“If you don't tell me, you'll die. ”

Albrecht stares at you with a bandit-like face.

“Well, just kill me. ”

Randolph gives a frightened look in his eyes. Albrecht was a little impressed. Most people, even grown-ups, are scared and baked in front of them, but a boy named Randolph won't talk even though he may be dead.

You said you weren't afraid of puppies, but somehow Albrecht liked the boy.

However, the problem was that a young boy in the crowd burst into tears, unable to endure this frightening situation. Crying became contagious, and soon other children began to cry, as did older boys of Albrecht's age.

‘Oh, fuck. ’

Albrecht was really embarrassed. You can't even think about blackmailing me. I'm not gonna kill you. Let me tell you something. 'I thought to myself. Then I suddenly remembered Diego.

First, I put the sword into the sword and took out the rations I had just bought from the horse. I took out dried fruits like raisins and nuts that kids would like. And he said quietly.

“Well, let's make a deal. ”

Looking at the dried fruits Albrecht pulled out to make a deal, the older boys were cautious and tried to see what he was up to, and the weeping children opened their eyes wide.

“If you stop crying, I'll give you one of these. ”

The effect was surprisingly great, but the children began to swallow tears forcefully. A little later, Albrecht gestures to come when there are no crying children. I was frightened, but now I can't wait to eat the dried fruit.

Albrecht wanted to give it a lot, but he gave it to me one by one because he had nothing. The little ones take it to their mouths, and they eat it, and it poops. Then it was a bit soothing.

“Let's keep the deal going. There's too much wind here, so let's go somewhere else. ”

Albrecht heads for a relatively less demolished house. The older kids were still scared and vigilant, and the little ones just followed me around.

I tied my horse to the windblocking place because of the wall and went inside the building.

Albrecht sits on the inside of the building (?) and stood awkwardly in front of Albrecht.

“Sit down, everyone. This is not a deal. That's an order.”

Diego would have said, "What the hell are you doing?" Albrecht himself was pathetic.

When I searched the Earth's memories, I never really talked to strangers, not relatives. And he was an office, he was just used to buying things, and he had never really made a "deal."

It was the first time Albrecht grew up with his strong self and naturally followed his children.

Anyway, the children carefully sat in front of Albrecht.

“Hmmm, Hmmm. I swear on my father and mother, I will not hurt you. I was rash when I threatened to kill you. I didn't mean to kill him. ”

The boys stare at the floor, and the boys stare at Albrecht. Yeah, I figured that far out.

“I'm here to find Erik's mother. He told me to go to Penbach, but I don't know anything else. If you tell me anything, I'll give you this. ”

Then he showed me the dried fruits he was holding in his fist. The boys' eyes widen and interested, but the boys darken.

Albrecht took out a bag of money and took out a single gold coin.

“I'll give you this, too. ”

Then the boys' eyes widened. Gold coins were still gold coins, though they were useless around here in the same city. Little boys in the countryside have never seen a gold coin before.

There was a turbulence in the group of children. One of them, a little boy who didn't notice, said.

“Shouldn't we ask the adults? ”

Adults?

“Hey! You can't say that! ”

A boy punished the boy you just told me about. The boy flinches and bows slightly. Albrecht thought it was an opportunity. I don't know what the deal is anymore.

“Hey, fuck, I just heard everything. Take me to the adults. You come here. ”

I gave all the dried fruits to the little boy who didn't notice. There's a smile on the boy's face. As soon as you get back to your seat, the little ones rush in and start eating the dried fruit, too.

Albrecht stands up in front of the boys. The boys looked frightened again.

“I don't take an oath twice. I would never hurt you. A knight from Calteren in the northeast. I'm not trying to be like the other knights here. I'm just going to watch my own business. ”

The boys all looked at Randolph. Perhaps Randolph is the leader of this pack. He was also scared and didn't know what to do.

That's when I hear people coming from far away. When I looked closely, I thought they were soldiers. Suddenly, the children thought.

“You stay inside. I'll come see you. ”

Albrecht wore a sword around his waist and a shield around his back on his arm. Then I went outside and held the axe that I had on the saddle in one hand.

A knight riding a horse follows behind him with a dozen spears. There were two wagons in the middle of the procession, and it looked like they were having a seizure. Cattle, goats, chickens, etc. were also seen.

They were coming into the ruined town of Penbach, and they didn't know if they were going to have an early lunch or if they were going to camp here early.

After all, the knight in the front is Ludwig von Banhenheim. He was surprised to see Albrecht from afar.

Ludwig came close to me one day, and he stepped down from his horse with his weary face and relaxed movements. Then he passed the message to the soldier and spoke to him first.

“I didn't expect to see you again. ”

“I see. ”

They spoke no more. Neither of them had much to say. However, I had to do something about it when I met a nobleman or knight from Ludwig's perspective.

“Will you stay here, too? ”

“Indeed.”

“Then we can stay together. ”

While you two were talking, it seemed like the soldiers were about to come in and prepare to camp. If they find out they have children, they will definitely try to dig up a village with 'grown-ups'.

Albrecht said.

“I just want you to go. ”

“Why would I? It's not even your territory. ”

Ludwig looks at Albrecht with a look on his face. Then he looks behind Albrecht and smiles.

Albrecht was surprised to see what was behind him.

‘Idiots. ’

The children who were told to stay inside were gathering against the wall and looking over here.
