Albrecht returns to Oberburn with a temporary keeper dispatched by Zigmunt, making an acquisition and leaving with the group of Randolph, Herman and Valentina.

You pack up some simple travel equipment and expenses, and then you say good-bye to Thomas. Thomas doesn't shed a lot of tears, but he feels a lot of regret, a sense of emptiness.

Thomas went through a lot. But I thought it would be worth it.

The villagers in Castle didn't know Albrecht was leaving. Albrecht just wants to take people on patrol. He greets them. Albrecht only smiles.

Albrecht leads the way, and Randolph follows with the Hoen-Carltern banner and Herman with a lightning axe.

The mid-April spring breeze from high altitudes was cool, but slightly cold.

When I arrived in the city in the Gulf of Lavio, something unexpected happened. Albrecht and Valentina disagreed.

Valentina, of course, thought she was going straight to Lucretia, but Albrecht decided it was right to meet the Pope and go to Lucretia once he said good-bye here and across the interior of the peninsula.

Nevertheless, it was common sense for Albrecht to see the face of the Pope as a warlord, but Valentina was dangerous in the interior of the South because there are still many wildlings, not because of the Pope's suppression.

They were aggressive, crooked, and they were forming a scattered tribe, so they didn't know when to attack.

Valentina knew how powerful Albrecht was, but they were persistent and cruel, and could be physically exhausted by raiding during the day and night.

But I couldn't bend Albrecht's resolve once. After agreeing to meet again in Lucretia, Valentina boards the boat and heads to Lucretia first.

Albrecht stayed in the city for about a day, then headed for the Pope's city of Ramus.

Albrecht, Randolph and Hermann make their way through a forest full of tall bridges. People walked along a long, naturally occurring path, with old corpses, recent corpses, broken heads, gutted corpses, and all kinds of corpses lying around. As you head deeper into the forest, the number of corpses increases.

I keep walking along the road thinking it's something strange, but I hear something from a distance around the late afternoon.

Albrecht immediately took the axe from Herman and ran forward. Randolph runs with Michael's sword, and Herman pulls out Manfred's sword from his waist, not with a slash sword on his back.

After a long run, you hear people screaming with strange screams.

“Kiyowear!”

“Aralalalala!”

“Gaaaah!”

“Help me! ”

Albrecht sees the strange sounds, not the screams of the people, as he runs a little further, but rather miserable.

Dozens of wildlings with hot hair and beards who were too hot to be human were attacking public pilgrims with their faces covered and their bodies tattooed with strange tattoos.

They carry axes and weapons like degrees, which together feel rusty, shoddy but big and terrifying.

Throwing a net at the pilgrims, striking the runners with a giant weapon, or attempting to rape a woman on the spot, it was barbaric.

Albrecht quickly gives the order.

“I'll go back to the right. Randolph, you take the left. Hermann is the front.”

It was better to hit them in three directions than to rush them to one place to use them efficiently because only three of them were great.

Albrecht doesn't listen to their answers, and they don't answer, so he just takes action.

Albrecht races his horse through the school and rushes into Schwarz, dragging a wildling man into a net. The wildling falls crushed and crushed.

You continue running, wielding an axe to slaughter two wildlings.

Randolph and Hermann run into each other, wielding their swords and sweeping the wildlings away.

Then the wildlings fled in shock and became one direction.

Albrecht and his two knights struck down those surrounded wildlings first, rather than chasing them down.

In an instant, dozens of wildlings fell in half. But they didn't run away, they shouted at each other from afar. It was a strange language that sounded like Southern language, but it didn't.

When Albrecht sees them, he doesn't run away or try again, so he wants to curse them.

I was just going to run and kill him, but one of the priests in the robes of the pilgrims said,

“Why are you attacking them? ”

It seemed like he knew what the wildlings were saying. Why are you attacking me? I didn't understand.

“What do you mean? I attacked you first. ”

As Albrecht speaks, the wildlings continue to shout.

“They found it first, so they must have found it. ”

Albrecht had a big understanding. I ran towards the wildlings with nothing to hear. Randolph and Hermann follow.

The wildlings are furious and flee scattered into the forest.

I chased and killed a few more, but there was a limit to this forest. The surviving wildlings keep screaming as they flee.

I went back to where the people were and asked the priest earlier.

“What did you say on the run? ”

The priest said with a serious look.

“War.”

War. What do they call it? It didn't seem like a war to raise an army like the Feudal Lords. But something more persistent and dangerous smelled.

I looked around the intestine and saw some pilgrims' corpses, women with torn clothes, and people with rags and nets. It was a good thing there was no child.

“You pilgrims? ”

The priest nodded and said.

“That's right. First of all, thank you for your protection. If it weren't for you, we'd be dragged into slavery or dead. Thank you again. ”

Albrecht acknowledges his gratitude for just one nod and swipes his axe to drain the blood out. I gave the axe to Herman, who was approaching.

“We're on our way to Ramus. Where have you been? ”

“We were on our way to Ramus, too. ”

“Then let's go together. We'll protect you. ”

The priest bowed once and said,

“Thank you. But I think we should head west and get out of the woods." ”

Ramus has to go southeast from here. To the west was the opposite of Ramus. Albrecht was curious and asked.

“Why do I have to leave the forest? ”

“As long as the wildlings call it war, they will make an ambush. The wildlings are bright at night, so it will be hard to fight no matter how strong they are. Besides, it's hard to get out of the way because you can't start a fire at night. ”

Reasonable reason. But the light of night was as bright as any Albrecht. No, it wasn't bright, it was abnormal.

But it was certainly difficult not to light a fire at night. It was because the location was easily exposed.

Albrecht thought about it and said,

“Let's go first. I have an idea. ”

The priest was embarrassed and said.

“Ha, but you fight at night......”

The priest thought Albrecht was making an exception. I didn't know how bright the wildlings' night snow was, so I thought this was it.

But now that the wildlings had declared war, they could neither leave the forest nor leave the road without knights. We just have to accept it.

Albrecht walks in front, Randolph in the center, and Hermann escorts people from the rear.

As I was walking, I saw some wildlings staring at me from far away in the forest. The distance was so far that I couldn't chase after the horse. I just looked into each other's eyes.

The wildlings themselves were not human beings, not metaphors.

Pilgrims creep at the sight of the wildlings from afar. The wildlings continue to stare from afar, following the procession.

The forest darkened faster than I thought. Albrecht led people to a large rock. Then he said to Randolph and Herman,

“You must protect the people. I'll kill him. ”

Herman hands over the axe without a word, but Albrecht shows his palm and says it's okay.

According to the wildlings, they weren't armed with armor or shields, so the sword was better.

The sun sets completely, and the forest becomes dark enough that people can't even see their hands.

People tremble in horror as the complete darkness falls. Some people bite their teeth tightly to hide the sound of their teeth clamping.

Albrecht familiarizes his eyes with the darkness. The more you focus, the clearer it looks on the other side of the darkness.

The wildlings leap four-legged through the forest. Albrecht waits for them to get close, then quietly rises from his seat when he thinks he's a distance away.

The wildlings pause for a moment, but think they can't be seen.

However, Albrecht pulled out his sword like lightning and swung it, and two people cut him down in an instant.

“Queek, queek. ”

“Huff.”

The rest of the wildlings were colourful, but the nearby wildlings could not survive as Albrecht had already begun.

Otherwise, Albrecht, who was as fast as the arrow of light, collapsed all the wildlings who approached people in an instant, cutting one or both at once.

Those who trembled in the dark became even more terrified just when they heard the sound. What the hell is going on?

The sound of wedges and creepy, swinging swords, and the sound of dead wildlings, some people couldn't bear to pee, and some women fainted at all.

Albrecht chases after a few of the wildlings who have survived.

The wildlings panic at the sight of Albrecht following them. It was the first time they were born to be afraid at night.

Albrecht catches up with them, but follows them deliberately.

After a long time, I saw their stronghold. The wildlings on the run scream as they enter the stronghold. A strange sound echoes through the night air where nothing can be seen.

Albrecht knows no more about the stronghold, so he approaches it like lightning and kills the wildlings on the run and raids the stronghold by himself.

When I came to the stronghold, I smelled something. All sorts of disgusting smells, such as semen, fecal odors, and unknown odors, were all at once.

I know what's going on with the wildlings who jumped out of surprise, but Albrecht wiped them out completely.

Albrecht was much more skilled at killing than he was when he first came out of Calteren.

Effective, efficient, and understated, they all slaughtered in an instant against a large number of enemies. Several wildlings were barely aware of the situation and tried to flee, but were eventually caught and killed.

There were several huts, but it seemed like this was their village. Once inside, Albrecht had no choice but to take a whiff. I see traces of cannibalism.

One day, traveling between the north and the middle, I thought this world was like the wild, but this was the real wild.

* * *

Albrecht looks around the wilderness' huts and sees survivors. But it didn't look like we could take them right now.

Literally, I was out of my mind. You stare blankly into the air and look like a vegetable. For now, I think we should go back to where the people are.

When Albrecht returns, Randolph and Hermann draw their weapons to the sound of someone approaching.

“It's me.”

Then the two knights put their weapons back in.

“Did you really kill them all? ”

Randolph stops looking straight at Albrecht because of the darkness and looks at the direction Albrecht is roughly.

“I killed all the attackers. We went to the stronghold, but there were people being held captive. It didn't look like it was going to be easy to get right now, so let's go when it's sunny. ”

As Albrecht and Randolph talk, the terrified people seem to feel relieved sweeping down their chests. He was extremely tense, and then he saw some people collapse.

Albrecht wants to light a fire, but just in case, he just sits there next to the people. I thought I should sleep a little, but I couldn't sleep.

Seeing the inherent human savagery, Albrecht seemed to have been struck from the depths of his unconsciousness.
