Chapter 55: Just a Little bit More

Because it was so late when everything was over, both of them slept deeply. Only until noon, when the strong sunlight shone through the curtains and reflected off the carpet, did Ye Fei began to wake up.

Lifting a hand to try and block out the blinding light rays, Ye Fei turned her head and observed her surroundings by looking through her fingers. Later, she seemed to find the light still too blinding so she couldn’t help but close her eyes again.

Repeating this a few times, Ye Fei finally completely awakened. Her crystal clear eyes stared at the ceiling as she pondered and started to remember just what happened last night. Last night… what… what ended up happening?

Su Mo Han asked her strip… one piece of clothing for one bottle…

Oh, no, in the end, it turned into a box? No… 100 bottles!

Ye Fei sat up dizzily, her head felt like it was about to explode. Because of her night of tossing and turning, her normally soft hair was now in disarray, making her look like a stray lion.

Turning her head, she saw the frowning and still asleep man beside her. Ye Fei gulped. She remembered how she was dancing on stage last night. Then, she remembered all the lights above the stage broke…. Yes, a gunfight happened. Then, just where did this man take her?

After thinking for a while and putting together snippets of her memories, she roughly remembered what happened last night. Looking at the sleeping man, Ye Fei lowered her neck and held her breath. Kicking away her blanket, she got off the bed quietly like a cat. Then, like a cat, she crouched by the foot of the bed.

Remembering how this man had witnessed her sitting on another man’s lap, Ye Fei’s scalp felt numb. All she wanted to do was to quickly get dressed and run away. Who knows whether or not Su Mo Han will kill her after waking up.

Originally, she half crouched down looking around the room for her clothes. But because after a while, her legs got sore, she ended up standing up straight, praying that she wouldn’t awaken the man on the bed.

After a whole 10 minutes, she realized just how clean this room was. Other than towels and a bathrobe, she couldn’t find a single piece of clothing that she could wear. Gritting her teeth, Ye Fei wiped the perspiration off her forehead. She didn’t care anymore and put on the bathrobe. She decided she will figure out the rest after leaving here.

After fixing the bathrobe belt, Ye Fei quietly walked towards the door. When she arrived by the door, she extended an arm and softly picked up the door handle. At once, the metal doorknob began to make noises, scaring Ye Fei and forcing her to once again bury her head onto the carpet in order to hide her existence.

There didn’t seem to be any noise inside the room. Ye Fei sighed in relief and looked at the door that was now ajar, happiness flashed across her eyes.

When Ye Fei was working on cracking the door open even more, a loud “crack” exploded and the door was instantly shut. Ye Fei turned her head and her gaze followed the strong-looking calves before her. Then, a dark blue man’s cotton underpants reached her eyes. The next thing she saw was Su Mo Han’s angry but handsome face looking down onto her and then, one of his hands landed on the door.

Ye Fei almost cried right there and then. Why was she so unlucky? She was so close… just a little more, a little more and she could’ve…

“Young master Su, you have awakened.”

“You want to run away?”

“No… why would I run? I just remembered that my clothes and my cellphone are all downstairs in the changeroom, and I wanted to retrieve them.” Ye Fei squeezed out a smiling face that was aiming to please him. Then, she dodged from under Su Mo Han’s arm and stumbled aside.
