An Accidental Romance

He opened the folder, it contained the pictures of Marcelo from his childhood till Now, His educational qualification, his properties, business, family and friends and relationsh.i.p.s. Nothing seems suspicious except for the time he was married to Kate Jones.

His overall wealth increased 75% after marriage. And after his wife's death, he had started 3 new projects. He had got a lot from his wife's death. And he had been dating Emma Storm's for 6 months.

Well dating Emma Storm's wasn't a big deal but Emma was daughter of Jenna's brother. That means he had been dating his dead wife's cousin.

After going through all the information about Marcelo Lawrence, Kyle was quite sure that Marcelo plotted against his wife and he was the one responsible for her death. Ofcourse if Kate Jones hadn't proved to be alive.

Kyle opened another file and compared Angel's pictures with Kate's.

He saw Angel's original doc.u.ments the day she came to talk to him but he couldn't recollect what her real name was.

And one more thing that bothered him, the fact that Kate's parents didn't care about their daughter, any mad person could tell that her death was a conspiracy but they seemed to have good relationship with Marcelo Lawrence, even after their daughter's death. May be that's the reason Kate was pretending to be dead, she changed her name and identity, and also ran to a different place where no one could find her.

Now all the dot's connected perfectly.

Kyle called Chen- Did you get information about the properties Kate Jones owned?

Chen- I had been searching about it and I found something really interesting.

KateJones didn't get any property from her parents, all the properties she owned was given by her maternal Grandmother when she was eight.

His uncle had been maneging all the wealth she owned. According to her grandmother's will , she will own this property after her marriage. It includes 2 jewellery showrooms, An art gallery, A hotel, and a big land near city hall in lake city. It seemed her Grandmother had given her all the property she owned.

Kyle- "I want you to find out entire history of Jones family. And about Jenna's Mother. This matter is not this simple. There is a lot more in this case"

After finishing the call, Kyle left the office and headed to Johnson Residence.

In Johnson Residence there was a chaos, Gina was instructing all servants, it was Sonia's 23rd birthday in a week and they were planning to hold a grand party at their residence.

On the other hand Sonia was busy preparing for the party, there were many dress designers and stylists present and Sonia was throwing tantrums, she didn't like anything they brought for her.

In her imagination she was the most beautiful girl in D city, Atleast among the daughter's of rich businessman families. And she wanted something that could establish her status but nothing was good enough, she wanted everything to be outstanding and unique. The designer's had faced hard time convincing her.

Finally she liked purple skin fitted gown it was neither too revealing nor it was too traditional finally she was convinced. But she was still not convinced with the jewellery.

When Kyle entered his home, he heard all the shouting came from Sonia's room. He wasn't in the mood but he couldn't ignore the noise.

He knocked on Sonia's room, when Sonia saw his brother, she controlled her anger and greeted him nicely " how are you bro? you look so tired, you must have been working a lot".

Kyle replied " why are you harrassing these innocent people, have some mercy".

Every one started laughing when they heard what kyle said.

Why are you laughing? Is it funny? you couldn't get me a good piece of jewellery even though I am ready to pay any amount, and you have courage to laugh at me, you incompetent bastards, Sonia snapped.

"Enough every one please leave and Sonia you need to learn how to talk to people, mind your manners " Kyle scolded her.

" I have to mind my manners, infront of these sc.u.ms. They are nothing infront of me." Sonia replied angrily.

"Even though they are your subordinates you should control your temper, Are you going to handle the company like that. You have to maintain a good image, behave like a lady." Kyle replied.

At the same time Gina entered Sonia's room, she tried to talk to Kyle but he ignored and left angrily.

Gina- "what happened, why was your brother so angry, he never behaved like that with me."

Sonia- How could I know, he came, he scolded me, and left. I knew nothing. Sonia pouted cutely.

Gina- "Don't act infront of me, I know you better than anyone, he is your brother Sonia don't talk back to him. Do you get it."

Sonia- But I didn't talk to him, he came himself and shouted on me, what am I supposed to do , I just lost my cool he insulted me in front of those designers, they were laughing on me."

Gina- "I knew it was your fault. You and Drake could never understand what we had been through all these years, All you know was to waste money, your brother had worked really hard to built all this, he never lived his life for himself, even now he had worked for your showroom, you just didn't know how to respect. I want you to apologise to your brother or else forget about your birthday party."

Sonia - " Mom please don't do that, I will apologize to him, I promise, please don't cancel to the party."

After finishing her conversation with Sonia, Gina went to Kyle's room.
