An Endless New Dream

"So, Finn what's the plan since you are the expedition leader?" Kyra asks

"Well, I wanted to start down today. But I think most of the day will be spent setting up squads." Finn says

"So I'm ȧssuming Me and the Sun Wukong familia will be spear heading with you guys?" Kyra asks

"I mean, they are level 3." Finn says

"Osaka!" Kyra shouts towards her group.

"Yes!" She shouts back.

"Could you fight Ais!" Kyra shouts

"Sure!" Osaka shouts back

"Let's find out then." Kyra says to Finn

A few seconds later.

Ais is on the ground holding her broken sword with her armor spiderwebbed.

"Mmn, bully." Ais mutter with tears in her eyes.

"Ais, it's fine, I can fix them." Kyra says running up to the girl stoping her from crying.

"That was terrifying." Finn mutters

"Sorry, I kinda forgot to hold back." Osaka says

"That seemed fun." Yang says hitting her fists together.

"Are we all sparring?" Ruby says holding her crimson rose and twirling the massive scythe like a baton.

"Who's the strongest physically?" Finn asks

"Um, that's between me and Yang. The angrier Yang gets the harder she hits. Or is it the more damage she takes the harder she hits." Kyra says then goes into a mutter.

"Doesn't matter just never cut a hair." Kyra says

"You touch my hair you die." Yang says rather darkly.

"Besides Kyra." She quickly corrects cheerfully.

Finn takes a few steps back.

"Yeah." Kyra says

"If it makes anything better I can spleef people." Yang says

"What does that mean?" Ais asks

"I can knock the floor down underneath them." Yang says

"You can punch through the dungeon floor?" Finn asks shocked

"Yeah! That!" Yang says

Suddenly the sound of an anvil hammering could be heard.

Everyone looks to see Kyra heating Ais' armor up before hammering it back together.

"Are you sure it's not a good idea to weld it?" Osaka asks

"It loses its structural integrity that way." Kyra says

"How about we make the ċhėst plate an alloy while we are at it." Ruby says standing next to her going over the Armor.

"What do you suggest?" Kyra asks

"Maybe aluminum?" Ruby says

"You forgot we have things like adamantite and mithril." Kyra says

"Let's use Adamantite then." Ruby says pulling a crucible out of nowhere.

"Are they melting down the armor and reforging it?" Finn asks shocked.

"Yeah, they can get like that." Blake says walking up.

"Are they any good at it?" Tiona asks

"Um, they made their own weapons." Weiss says

"Members of the Hephaestus familia drooling." Tione says looking at the other spectators.

"How long till they are done?" Finn asks

"Eh, probably an hour or so." A red headed girl with golden eyes says.

"Sandstorm you're still here?" Osaka asks

"Yep! Definitely not running away from destiny." Sandstorm says

"I thought fate couldn't control you?" Osaka asks

"Hehe, she's not happy." Sandstorm says

"It's hard to remember that you are out of the timeline." Osaka says

"Yeah I saw you guys like 10 years ago." Sandstorm says

"But that was only last night!" Weiss says shocked

"Time mage." Sandstorm says to keep the spectators questions at bay.

"Ais it's done!" Kyra says showing Ais her new armor and Sword.

"Mmn, strong and shiny." Ais says her eyes sparkling.

"Okay, so while you guys were in your own world. We got the teams sorted out. Your familia will be up front with us. Since some how you all have experience fighting dragons." Finn says

"Oh? It's time to go?" Kyra asks

"Yeah, it's just past noon." Weiss says

"Yeah we should be stopping on the 31st floor since there is a small safety zone by the stairs." Finn says

'I didn't know that.' Kyra thinks

"Well then let's set off." Kyra says

"Tai, Amber! I found her booze!" Qrow shouts from inside the avenger.

"Really Qrow?" Maria asks

"It smells like some strong stuff." Qrow says

"Maybe you are just a lightweight." Tai teases

"What kinda booze is this!" Qrow says coughing after taking a gulp.

"It can't be that bad!" Tia says gabbing the bottle of vodka taking a sip.

"Yeah see it's strong." Qrow says

"Why does the label say 'knock knock is tax collector'? Not to mention it's a guy wearing adidas on a tank?" Tai says looking at the bottle.

Half an hour later both men are drunk and half unconscious.

"This is why I don't drink." Maria says

"I think Tai is kinda cute like this." Amber says

"I wouldn't mind Qrow if I wasn't so old and he wasn't such a fan boy." Maria says

"To think I would be in a team of 4 again." Amber says

"You and me both." Maria says

"Um... there's a note on the back of the label." Amber says looking at the glas bottle of vodka.

"What does it say?" Maria asks

"This message is Sneeki Breeki." Amber says deadpanned.

"Okay? Is Kyra okay in the head?" Maria asks

"Probably?" Amber says

While a Red head is giggling out of sight and ear shot.
