An Endless New Dream

"That was a nice conversation." Kyra says while she's getting dinner with her father in law and ŀȧpis at a nice western style restaurant in Japan.

"Nice? You... I have never seen someone destroyed so systematically before." Caroline says

"So next week is America right?" Kyra asks wiping her mouth with a napkin.

"Lapis that's the desert fork." Kyra says

Lapis reaches for another one.

"That's the salad one. It's the one in the middle dear." Kyra says rubbing Lapis's head.

"I wonder if you will grow taller than me too someday." Kyra says

"Super tall like momma Blake!" Lapis says rather loudly.

Kyra chuckles along with Ghira.

"Momma Blake?" Caroline asks

"One of my wives, you've seen Weiss with me fighting back the invaders here in Japan." Kyra says

"Blake is also my daughter." Ghira says

"Um, how many wives?" Caroline asks

"Six then two girlfriends I guess you could say. One is still getting over the loss of her husband and the other one kinda clung to me after we saved her from the mess that was her marriage if you could call it that." Kyra says taking a bite of the steak.

"This is really good, almost as good as Kyra's." Ghira says

"So, according to some of the files we received your name is Sapphire Kyra Stark?" Caroline asks

"I mean, I have a suit powered by an arc reactor I figured why not." Kyra says with a chuckle.

"You are really determined to just mess with America aren't you?" Caroline asks

"Find me Monty Oum and and I can blow his mind." Kyra says with a smile.

"What do you mean you are not returning today!"(Radio)

"Itami do you want me to shoot it again!" Harriet shouts

"We ran into some trouble." Itami says

Suddenly Harriet snatched the radio from Itami's hand.

"Hey, we found the troops that survived the battle on Arnus hill. It's sad to say they've turned to banditry. Some air support would be nice I could set up a quick runway." Harriet says

"... they are yours to command.... a message will be sent."

"That's it? I thought those Hueys would like some air time too." Harriet says

"We saw the diet here at base... your mother is a very scary woman."

"Itami, just call for support next time, your the commander of the 3rd recon devision you don't need to ask for it just say that support is needed and accept the consequences if it was a false alarm. I don't know about your nation's military but in ours if it's not to expensive and no one dies we let it go. A lot of times it's written off as an exercise." Harriet says throwing the radio back to him.

"Oi! Princess!" Harriet shouts running off.

"They made a fuċkɨnġ runway in the middle of the city." James says

"Fucking? What does that mean?" Lelei asks still trying to learn the language.

Itami is giving James a death glare while Huston is laughing.

Rory, Pina, Luna, and Harriet are standing together.

"So, what is this whistling death?" Rory asks

"You will see it soon, not even wyverns can compare." Harriet says as a low hum is heard in the distance coming from the direction of the setting sun.

"Those are... iron dragons?" Pina asks

The final one comes into land bouncing once before it slows to a stop.

Suddenly Nia climbs out.

"That is a steep entry angle!" Nia shouts towards Harriet.

"It's fine isn't it!" Harriet shots back which gets a laugh from the pilot.

"I wanted a relaxing landing having shot a dragon on the way here!" Nia shouts

"That's what's been destroying our drones?" Harriet asks

"Yep." Nia says giving Harriet a hug.

"Right so! We need to start inspection make sure filters are clear nothing is leaking!" Nia shouts towards her pilots.

"And we now have air superiority princess.." Harriet says with a smile.
