An Endless New Dream

"Before we select the stage. Emerald Sustrai some one has just delivered your wallet and scroll to the booth." Kyra says with a smile on her face.

The frustrated screams of Emerald can be heard followed by Mercury laughing.

"Anyway let's select the stage!" Port says

The wheel begins spinning.

"On the RWBYS side we have an ice field. On the ABRN side we have a magma field." Oobleck says

"Isn't an active magma field a bit dangerous?" Kyra asks

"Nah, they should be fine." Port says

The sound of the cannon goes off again.

Reese and Blake are having a fight of mobility all around the outskirts

Bolin and Weiss are lock in combat on one side of the field.

Nadir is doing god knows what. While Ruby is sniping.

'I actually have no clue what Nadir is doing.' Kyra thinks to herself.

Reese flings her board at Blake who bȧrėly blocks it.

Ping ponging it for a bit Blake cuts it in half.

"She doesn't realize ice is slippery, she's been on her hoverboard the entire time." Kyra says as Reese lands then slips on to her tail bone.

"Oh that hurt." Oobleck says

"Quite a lot too. that took a lot of her aura." Port says

"Oh Yang's getting excited. Luckily it seems Arslan is good in a type of martial arts that deflects and uses the opponents own power against them." Kyra says

'It's a shame Yang will keep getting perpetually stronger the longer you do that.' Kyra thinks

"Certainly if not that looks like it would hurt quite a bit." Oobleck says noticing how Yang missed and punched the ground so hard it shook the entire arena.

"Oh some how Nadir is behind Blake." Port says shocked

Only to be frozen by Ruby sniping.

"Never mind" Port says.

"I can't believe he dropped his weapon. As a hunter that is your life line. Also is he not strong enough to break the ice?" Kyra asks thinking this guy might be worse than Jaune.

"It seems so." Oobleck says wondering what Haven is teaching their students.

Bolin made it behind Ruby.

"She seems excited about something." Kyra mutters looking at Ruby.

Bolin bȧrėly gets away and throws a fire dust crystal at Reese.

Reese then flys by Nadir freeing him from the ice before going after Blake.

Blake rounds a corner leaving a clone by the edge of the arena.

When Reese targets the clone Blake knocks away the board then Kicks Reese out.

"Oh! she should have worn a helmet." Oobleck says

"I'm surprised she fell for that. Blake has being using her semblance during the entire fight. It should be no surprise she could have left a clone to lure you." Kyra says shocked at Team ABRN's lack of combat awareness.

'Then again I trained my combat awareness in video games. Memorized maps and patterns in matches to get an accurate guess on who's where and when.' Kyra thinks

"It's a double whammy! Out by ring out and Aura!" Port says

"Oh my gods, it's going to work." Kyra says

"What is that?" Oobleck asks

"This entire time Ruby has been signaling her team on what to do." Kyra says

Suddenly Weiss freezes a half pipe thing for Yang to use.

And Arslan goes to break her team out of the ball.

"You mean?" Port asks

"Yes, we are about to see a triple knock out." Kyra says as Yang and Blake are launched.

"Ruby lead them all by the nose?" Port asks

"There is a reason she's the leader and not me." Kyra says

"Why is that?" Oobleck asks.

Suddenly Blake whips Yang out in front of her and She uses her semblance for a split second and punches them out of the ring into the wall cracking the wall.

"This entire thing seemed random and spontaneous. No it was probably all planned out from the beginning, and goes against most conventional strategies. No one would ever see this coming unless you deciphered Ruby messages which she changes the code weekly." Kyra says

"I wanna say this was one of the closest and most interesting match's but if what you say is true." Oobleck says

"They were just showing off." Kyra answers
