Leanne is a blind woman in her 27's, but she doesn't remember who she is or how she became blind. She was found on another country on an empty road by a couple who later adopted her when there weren't any news from the police about who she is.

She has been married to Henry for five years now. Even if she is blind, she doesn't think this is a obstacle for her as she teaches music in a school near her house. She is the most happy with her students, since her husband started to change after the marriage. He doesn't mistreat her, but also doesn't pay attention to her, like he did before. He started to change even since his ex-fiancee came back. She even visited her husband when she was at home, flirting with him in front of her. Leanne has developed her hearing for years, since her been blind helped her pay attention to different noises. So she hears every word that the ex- fiancee has whispered to her husband. Leanne knows that every time that the ex came she keeps asking her husband to divorce her and marry her instead, promising him that they will be very happy without her around. Henry and his ex broke her heart so many times, that eventually her heart became cold towards him. Leanne uses the reason that she misses her parents to leave Henry without signing the divorce papers. As she made her decision to also have her eyes surgery to recover her sight, she switches off her phone as she boards the private plane of her best friend to fly to another country and leave everything behind... so that Henry won't be able to find her.
