On July 25, 2011, the Great World Water Park was investigated. The amusement park started construction in 2005 and was completed in 2007. It is affiliated to Minqing Aika Entertainment Co., Ltd. and has 32 kinds of amusement facilities, most of which are imported from abroad. Since its official operation in June 2008, there have been no casualties recorded. Water quality problems were detected in July 2010 and have since been rectified.
