Atlas of Heaven and Man

Originally, I wanted to write some words of thanks, but it doesn't seem necessary. Everyone can just read the updates directly. However, some readers might not know about the book being available for purchase, so I thought about it and decided to write something anyway.

Today's update will be after 12 noon, possibly a few minutes late.

I'm not going to do any of that emotional stuff. Readers read books to be happy. I personally don't think it's necessary to create too much of a burden. Mainly, I can't even get emotional (doge.jpg).

Here, I'll also address a point of contention in the plot from the previous two chapters. Some readers privately messaged me saying that Dan Xiong suddenly beat Chen Chuan because a woman he liked smiled at Chen Chuan. This is a bit toxic. Are there really such brain-dead people? And if that's the case, wouldn't Dan Xiong have to beat someone every time this woman smiled at someone as a receptionist?

There really are such brain-dead people. I wrote this part because I've actually seen people like this in real life. However, many readers have a misunderstanding. It wasn't good to say it at the beginning, but now that the plot is unfolding, I can explain.

Actually, Dan Xiong doesn't know Zhen Ping (the second-year female student who received Chen Chuan) at all.

Readers will understand later. The male and female students of the Martial Valor Academy train separately. Ordinary students of different genders don't usually have much contact. So, he doesn't even know Zhen Ping's name. He's only seen her once. He can't even be said to like Zhen Ping.

So why did Dan Xiong beat Chen Chuan?

It's because he's an ordinary student. He's usually very stressed during training, but he can't bully anyone else. So, he needs to vent. He needs to find someone to bully. And I foreshadowed Chen Chuan's situation during enrollment. He's the only one who hasn't trained before. All the other applicants have trained.

Zhen Ping saw it immediately, and Dan Xiong also saw it immediately. So, he targeted Chen Chuan. So, the idea that Zhen Ping smiled at someone else but not him was just an excuse he made up. He just wanted to beat someone to vent because Chen Chuan looks like a clueless newbie. Isn't someone like that the perfect target to bully?

Of course, readers who have gotten to this point might not care about this. Those who couldn't accept it probably left early. I'm saying this even though it might be in vain, but I think I should explain it. Some readers might still think it's toxic. Well, I can accept that too. Anyway, whether or not you can read a book depends purely on fate and your own willingness.

Before the book goes on sale, I especially want to thank editor Bei He and editor Jia Nan! And thank you to the administrators, and thank you to all the readers! Thank you for your support!

Finally, since this is a launch thank you, I'm asking for initial orders! Thank you everyone!
