'This is a full-on war!' Song Lei shouted in his mind. Seeing that Isabel was stronger than them, Alan and Amber formed a small alliance without speaking a word. They gathered and focused their power on Isabel. This didn't mean that they were going all out on her as they had to keep some of their power reserved to protect them from any surprise attacks made by each other.

A cacophony of colors broke out in front of Song Lei. Splashing, hissing, and sizzling sounds covered the whole mansion.

Isabel's power was represented by red, pulsating flesh. Amber's power took the form of dark green tentacles. As for Alan, his power was a purplish goo, covering whatever it touched in lust.

On this battlefield, Song Lei was the most defenseless one. If he was left one versus one against any of these monsters, he would die before knowing what happened to him.

Fortunately, no such thing would happen as long as Isabel was here.

'I have a duty I have to fulfill' Song Lei thought. He gathered his courage and started taking very small steps towards the bodies laying on the ground.

Occasionally, a tentacle would try to attack him or a small amount of goo would splash on him. His only protection was Isabel's flesh flying around and forming a barrier for him from time to time. The problem was, he couldn't trust Isabel for a long time. Eventually, Song Lei would have to step out of Isabel's control sphere. When that happened, he would have to dodge and block the attacks that would come at him on his own.

The best he could hope for would be going stealth and not being noticed. If he got noticed before being able to cut their supplies, he would get focused on and killed pretty much in a few seconds.

Considering this, Song Lei hugged the wall and crouched to reduce his visibility as best as he could.

While he was trying to get closer to Alan, the battle was getting harsher and harsher for all sides. Initially, Isabel had a big advantage over both Alan and Amber. But with time, her advantage was slowly disappearing. She didn't have unlimited soul power whilst the enemy was constantly draining their batteries to replenish their power.

After some time, Song Lei managed to reach one of the bodies laying on Alan's side. This body was that of a maid. She seemed to be a 20-year-old woman of European descent. She was covered in Alan's purple goo, constantly quivering. Song Lei had to forcefully rip her out of the goo. He took a look at Alan to see whether or not he was noticed. Fortunately, Alan seemed to be too focused on fighting Isabel. He didn't have any energy to spare on Song Lei.

Song Lei pulled the maid to the side, out of Alan's range, and threw her out of the dining room.

After finishing his job, Song Lei got ready to pull another one out.

"It doesn't matter how you left your shithole of a room! I'll kill you and finally take over this mansion for good! Look at the state of your once husband!" Amber shouted. She pointed her finger at a body laying on the ground. "Look at how weak he is! He needs to be controlled so he can be a proper person! You don't have the ability to do anything, let alone take care of James! Isabel! You're weak!"

Amber was frantic as opposed to Isabel's calm demeanor. This situation made Isabel think about how she had lost to this woman before.

"What you think doesn't matter Amber. I don't have to control James or live in this shithole anymore," Isabel said calmly. She waved her hand to control a big glob of flesh. The flesh kept flying around, quickly forming into bullets and raining down on Amber. Isabel was focusing her offense on one person to be more effective.

Seeing Isabel's attack, Amber formed a lot of tentacles. Those tentacles hugged each other to form a tentacle wall. Flesh bullets hit the wall and ripped away half of it. However, tentacles' regeneration power wasn't to be underestimated as they quickly closed the holes on the wall.

On the other side, Alan constantly formed bubbles of goo and threw them at Isabel.

"Haha! After I beat mom, I will devour you too Isabel. I'll do all the things I did to those maids. You'll have the time of your life! Just surrender to me!" Shouted Alan. He was constantly sweating and licking his lips. Just looking at his face made Song Lei want to puke.

Isabel didn't even listen to Alan's rambling as she knew what kind of person he was. She just kept blocking his goo attacks by forming flesh walls.

While all of this was happening, Song Lei would pull out another soul battery from the battlefield and throw them out of the room every now and then.

Even though they didn't notice, Amber and Alan's power supplies were constantly being trimmed down.

Although he hadn't been hurt yet, constantly dodging and blocking stray attacks was tiring him out. After pulling another person out of the grasp of a tentacle, Song Lei felt a gust of wind nearing his neck

"Watch out!"

'Fuck.'

*Crash

Song Lei was launched off and hit the wall of the dining room. There were cracks on the wall, slowly expanding. He could feel his bones breaking. If he hadn't upgraded his body stat before, he would have died instantly.

"You think you could take away my precious batteries and go unpunished!? I will savor your soul later!" Amber shouted.

Song Lei slowly pushed himself away from the wall. He was astonished that he still had the strength to stand up.

"Come here!" Isabel shouted. She didn't want Song Lei to put himself in danger anymore. Fortunately, Song Lei was thrown near Isabel after being hit. He took a few steps but stumbled and fell down after that.

He didn't give up and crawled next to Isabel. Fortunately, he had managed to take away most of Amber and Alan's soul batteries before getting noticed.

Isabel started making lots of mistakes and was losing her advantage slowly. She was worried for Song Lei. This worry was making her lose her focus.

Song Lei did his best to get up and smiled.

"Don't worry about me. I have a strong body," he said. Seeing Song Lei was somewhat fine, Isabel smiled smugly.

"Well… It's time I finished these two off...."
