Awake on his bed

Jake was in total anguish. He felt his heart was totally wrecked! He love them so much! But he can only love them from afar because they weren't his.

Jake wiped the tears escaped from his eyes. It was the first time he cried because of a woman! He drove his car faster than before, he wanted to get rid of this feeling!

While he was so engrossed thinking about his feelings, he doesn't realized that he was still running his car in a stop signal light. It was too late for him to see a woman crossing the pedestrian, he stepped on his brakes hardly that his wheels screeched!

People around the area screamed in horror! Jake's car stopped but it still bumped the woman! Jake was stunned to saw the woman's body slowly fell!

Jake hastily unbuckled his seatbelt and stepped out from his car. He went to the unconscious woman, he can't see her face because her long hair covered her face.

He quickly kneeled and examined her if she got some scratches or cuts. Then there he saw her face, her face was unscratched!

'thank goodness!'

Jake inwardly breathed in relief.

He immediately carried her towards his car but he stopped from walking when he felt his neck burned, as if it was being pinched hard! He looked down to see the woman looking at him angrily.

"put me down, you dumb **s!"

The woman wriggled to freed herself.

Jake was caught off guard and subconsciously placed her to the ground.

"were you trying to violate the law or were you trying to kill yourself?! If yes, then don't take me with your foolishness!"

The woman shouted furiously, she put her hands to her waist and faced him.

"I'm...I'm sorry, I know its my fault. I'm so sorry. Were you not feeling well? I can accompany you to the hospital."

Jake apologized wholeheartedly. He doesn't care if she cursed at him.

"no need, I am alright its just a light bump. Next time be more careful, you might hurt others!"

The woman speak coldly and stared at him for a while then she left while throwing daggers at him.

Jake quickly hopped inside his car due to the angry drivers who were cursing at him also. But before he did, his eyes caught something that sparkling on the ground. Jake took it immediately and drove off.

'what a bad day!'

He whined silently, he felt more depressed. Then he remembered something and look on the passenger seat, there he saw a silver necklace. It was simple but what caught his attention was the words in the middle. He reached for it to have a better view but he wished he didn't!
