she heard him said and step inside his office.

she speak, controlling her madness

"yes, what can I do for you, miss Ho?"

he asked her while smirking.

Maria saw his face and it only add to her annoyance.

"with all due respect sir, would you please informed me ahead of time if you're going to lie to your girlfriend? At least tip me me before she went on me and raining me questions that I did not know!"

she said it in one breath, how she wished she could slap his face!

Tobias was caught off guard because of her outburst.

"look, I'm sorry I didn't know that Charlotte will asked you."

he tried to explained

"and who gave the idea that she will not come to me and asked? of course she will! Simply because I am your secretary! Its natural for her that she will come to me and asked!"

Maria said in a cold tone. Forgetting that she was talking to her boss.

"why were you so mad? what's the big deal?"

Tobias asked starting to get annoyed.

"simply because she shouted at me and I am the one who received her wrath, I guessed."

she answered him with mockery , then she put her arms on her chest.

he asked in disbelief

she said stubbornly

"miss Ho, you better watched your mouth, maybe you forgot...."

she speak, cutting his sentence and went outside not waiting for his response.

Tobias was left in his office not knowing if he will get angry or be amazed with her actions.

After her anger subsided, Maria thought about the words she told her boss.

Oh dear! Did she actually did that?!

Maria slap her forehead, in frustration.

What if Tobias fired her?

That's why she doesn't want to get angry. She can't able to stop her mouth from talking.

"Ah, did you need something Sir?"

she asked politely, changing the topic.

Maria inwardly scolded herself for telling those excuse!

Wait! Did he come to her , to tell her that she can start packing her things and leave his company, ASAP?!

She can't let that to happen! What will she do?!

Tobias just arched his brows, waiting for her to continue.
