Back For My Daughter

Chapter 986 Little Qiqi Scolding Xiao Ya!

Seeing Grandma Yan nod, the three girls grinned as they looked at each other.

In an instant, they jumped off the sofa dashing towards the kitchen.

"Hey, where do you think you are going."

But how could they dodge the hands of their Grandma who clearly had predicted that the first thing that they would do would be run away?

She held their waists in both of her hands and asked while pulling them towards her.

"Hehe, did Grandma know that Qiqi was going to run away?"

The little girl giggled while placing her palm on her lips and asked.

"Of course, I know what you would think and what you will do, I am your Grandma after all."

Grandma Yan said while squinting her eyes as if she knew everything.

"Hehe, Grandma is lying, then tell us what were I, Big Sister and Biggest sister were going to do."

The smallest girl, Xiao ya giggled while showing a few of her tiny teeth and asked.

"Em, let me see with my powers."

Grandma Yan pursed her lips and seeing the little girls had caught her in grasp, she knew that she would have to let them know that she indeed knew everything about them.

"Hmm."

With that Grandma, Yan closed her eyes and started to mutter something.

The three girls who were definitely not struggling to get free of the clutches of their Grandma stared at her with their brows raised high.

Little Qiqi whispered to Little Jia.

"Big Sister, do you think that our Grandma knows some magical just like our Papa?"

The little girl obviously thought of how their Papa had close his eyes and mutter something when he was treating mommy mongoose and the time when he was cooking for her and her Mumma when he had just returned that day.

And then seeing their Grandma doing the same, she thought that this might be possible.

"Umm, I don't know, we should ask Papa."

Little Jia whispered back, they were told to not tell about their Papa's magical powers in front of anyone, even their Grandma and Grandpa.

And this was said by their Papa and mothers, so they would definitely not say aloud anything about it.

Meanwhile, Grandma Yan opened her eyes and with a gaze which looked quite normal but for Grandpa Xiao who knew her for so long, it looked no different than just her making a guess.

"I know that you are going to the kitchen.."

Hearing till this, Xiao Ya seemed as if she had lost interest.

It was because this was pretty normal and even Feifei could tell that they would be going back to her Mom and Dad.

Seeing the little girl's face, Grandma Yan cleared her throat and then continued.

"AHEM!"

"So that you can see how your father is going to make the fish and help him."

As she said these words, Xiao Ya who had indeed lost interest had her eyes brightened.

"Wow, so Grandma knows magic just like Dad!"

The little girl exclaimed as she clapped her hands, but just a moment later, her lips were tightly sealed by Little Qiqi's palm.

"SHHH"

Little Jia placed her finger on her lips indicating to not talk about MAGIC in front of their Grandma.

"MMMM"

How could Xiao Ya not understand what her Big Sister and Biggest Sister were telling her?

She nodded with a cheeky smile and apologized.

"Sorry."

With that, the girls also ran down Grandma Yan's lap sensing that she didn't hold them now straight towards the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Grandma Yan stared at the back of the three girls who were obviously whispering and scolding Xiao Ya a little bit.

"Hey, Xiao Ya, Papa and Aunt Meng told us not to say about Papa's magic."

Little Qiqi chided, Xiao Ya.

The little girl had been always told to never talk anything about her Papa's powers by her Mumma saying that this would make trouble for her Papa.

And the last thing that the little girl would want was for her Papa to face any kind of trouble.

One could only imagine just what kind of fear would a little girl have in her mind if she had met her father for the first time after being born and then suddenly her father would be forced to go away.

As the little girl said, unknown to her, there was a slight change in her expressions and her character.

It looked as if she was still the Little Qiqi, but not Little Qiqi at the same time.

There was something different, that was hard to point at.

"Qiqi, don't scold Xiao Ya, she just said it in excitement."

Xiao Ya who was obviously feeling bad after being getting scolded by her Big Sister had her eyes moistened with tears.

It would be hard to say if the little girl would burst into tears the next moment or not.

But her lips were trembling along with the few sniffing sounds as she tried to hold back her tears.

"Ahhh."

Hearing Little Jia's words, as if something happened, Little Qiqi shook her head and closed her eyes.

"What... what did Qiqi say, Xiao Ya, Big Sister is sorry, Qiqi didn't want to scold you and make you feel sad."

"Qiqi is really sorry."

Noticing that the words that she had unknowingly said had made her little sister start crying, Little Qiqi would obviously not feel any good about it.

"Qiqi didn't know what Qiqi was saying, I am really sorry."

The little girl tried to stop Xiao Ya from crying and hugged her while apologizing.

"Umm, I know, SNIFF Big Sister Qiqi will never scold me, because I am Big Sister Qiqi's small Xiao Ya, but SNIFF..."

Xiao Ya rubbed her tears off after a moment seeing her elder sister was really sorry and was also about to cry now.

"But what Xiao Ya?"

Little Jia asked as she patted the backs of both of them.

"Big Biggest Sister, I felt that the one scolding me was not Big Sister Qiqi, but someone else."
