When he woke up again, Bai Shaoqing felt a noticeable difference in his body. The pain that he had been constantly feeling seemed to have disappeared, as well as that feeling of constant confusion and general weakness all over his body. It was as if his entire body seemed to have improved.

There was a familiar sound of footsteps coming over.

Bai Shaoqing suddenly shivered and turned his gaze towards the door.

Feng Long appeared but he was not holding the horrible agate bottle in his hand. Bai Shaoqing couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief, then immediately narrowed his eyes, and asked coldly, “Has the great Sect Leader Feng come up with a new way to torture me?”

“What do you mean?”

“Originally, based on your nature, using one trick thirty-four times in a row would be far too boring.”

“My nature?” Feng Long advanced forward and sat on the side of the bed, “I originally wanted to tell you, that for the sake of my only apprentice’s health, the remaining twenty-two times will be temporarily postponed.”

A light chuckle escaped from Feng Long’s mouth. He took the scroll and glanced at it, “Horizontal Heaven Opposing Sun Technique has never stayed on paper. What you see is just the basics, the most important things are still in here.” He pointed at his head.

Bai Shaoqing’s incomprehensible eyes were always sparkling and moving to see, he leaned over towards Feng Long slightly, revealing a smile. “No wonder there are many places that don’t make sense, please could shifu explain.” He unexpectedly stood up and bowed properly.

At this moment, he looked exactly like an eager disciple.

Feng Long sat in the chair and accepted his bow, but changed the subject, “The treasure, I got it out.”

He originally thought that this might affect Bai Shaoqing a little, but the latter didn’t care at all. He just turned around and sat down again with a smile. “Wasn’t he an able subordinate of da-ge?”
