Episode 4: The Unwanted Wedding/Wedding

Over Renato, there were black clouds. It's already starting to rain.

On this day, an important ritual takes place in this town. It's the Pope's wedding. A very important day for those who believe in Renato and for the Barbaras. Three days had already passed since Bell and Raleigh fought Benjamin at this time.

The dim town of Renato is filled with people heading to St. Renato Tower. The Pope's marriage, equal to God for Renato believers, is something everyone can't wait to see. The Pope, who seldom shows himself to the folk, presents himself in public on this day. It's an important ritual for the interest of the whole town.

In the meantime, there were two people walking down the road in the centre of town, one of whom was Belle, dressed in the cloak of the Moon Guard (Luna Guard).

And supported by that arm was Emilia dressed in a wedding dress. She is hiding her face in the vale, and I can barely confirm that look. The bride has a face that doesn't float.

Never let Emilia marry the Pope. That is the will common to all Barbaras.

But the bride of pity is now going for the moon tower in her bride. What will you say has happened in the last three days?

Red, white, yellow, pink, green, blue. Renato's central road is decorated with colorful flowers. It was a flower path prepared for a happy bride in Renato I. Blessed by the townspeople, wearing beautiful dresses, brides walking on beautiful paths. The face is also beautiful.

But no matter how beautiful you are, you can see grief on its face.

"Don't worry."

It was an unnatural smile on Bell's face to say so. Bell's smile is drawn to why.

He's the only one who knows why. What the hell is he thinking?

The bride of pity goes down the flower path with great blessings. Emilia, walking on the muddy road, was always leaning down. Is there an unwanted outcome ahead of us for Emilia, Barbara and the comrades?

Going back 3 days...

"I'll be the spy."

Back at the Moon Tower, Bell told Benjamin so.

"You think you're a spy?

"Yes, I'm a spy. I'll infiltrate the rebels and find out where Miss Lambert is. If you know that, you can summon the Luna Guard and take her."

Bell starts talking about an empty operation. Of course this, let it all out.

"So it's going to work?

"I am Luna Guard and the sun is still shallow. I think it's unlikely they'll suspect us."

This maneuver of lies was not conceived by Bell alone. Barbara was the originator, and it was an operation we all worked out. For that reason, even if they ask stepped in questions, they don't easily wear out.

"Even so, I guess you can really grab Miss Lambert's whereabouts with just a few moments left?

"............... I can't make a promise. So summon the other Moon Guards (Luna Guard) to look all over town. If we all look, even if we have less time left, we should be able to grab something!

Bell's statement also seems to be an unfavourable story for the rebel forces. You should have trouble finding the town by rallying the Luna Guard.

But that point Barbara had in mind. It is Raleigh's house that Emilia is lurking in. The fact that they were both able to infiltrate the Moon Guard (Luna Guard), not either Bell or Raleigh, is working very well for the Barbaras.

"If that's what you care about, isn't the Luna Guard for the Pope?

It is because of this secrecy that Barbara and the others have had a hard time getting information about the Moon Guard (Luna Guard). Bell's words held Benjamin back.

Benjamin held his fist. This word from Bell could even have led the operation in a bad direction. Can we keep Emilia safe?

Perhaps the rest of the Moon Guard (Luna Guard) won't even be able to find Emilia.

Is this Bell statement part of the operation, or are there other thoughts? The sincerity is unknown, but this makes it no longer unnatural for Belle to be with Barbara and the others.

On the day of the wedding, Belle is taking Emilia down the flower path.

During the last three days, of course, the Moon Guard (Luna Guard) never grabbed Emilia's place. Benjamin will still have no choice but to be anxious. I'm sure he's eagerly awaiting Belle to bring Emilia in at the Moon Tower.

Assuming the operation was going well, why should we bother sending Emilia to the Moon Tower? There must be nowhere in the world to turn Emilia, who was hidden in a safe place, towards the enemy.

Belle and Emilia go slowly down the flower path with a small mouth count. Emilia never looked up, and Bell never looked at Emilia.

Two people took us closer to the moon tower, and the rain legs came stronger. To get wet in the rain, to get dirty in the mud, the two go down the flower path.

Eventually, in Bell's sight, the majestic Moon Tower jumped in. St. Renato Tower so high that it is likely to reach heaven as well. If you reach from the top of that tower, even the clouds are going to be touchable.

The Moon Tower is wet with rain and also looks suspiciously brilliant. From now on, people from all over town were continuously stuffed in this tower where the wedding would be held. Bell and Emilia speak no words and walk steadily.

At the end of the flower path, at the end of the large door, awaits the Pope, who has not yet seen it.

The people of the town were more on their way to the Moon Tower to burn the Pope's figure in its eyes than to celebrate the wedding.

Some of those people had a different purpose. Comrades of atheists. Including Barbara, they are disputed by the faithful and headed to the wedding venue.

Even Barbara, Lambert, Bart and Allen were on their way to the Moon Tower. There was no sign of Raleigh there. Probably already in the Moon Tower as the Moon Guard (Luna Guard).

Belle taking Emilia to the wedding venue, fellow travellers heading to the Moon Tower as well. Apparently, Belle is working as planned for Barbara.

Are they about to take any major action at the wedding? In this town surrounded by a celebratory mood, there was no one alone who noticed the movement of atheists.

After a while, Belle and Emilia finally stand in front of the door.

Around the door, there were already so many people who could not be counted. Everyone wants to see the Pope at the door. The people gathered around the Moon Tower are pushing each other ahead.

"Admission of the bride"

Large doors open slowly, along with loud ringing. A splendid and majestic door opens slowly with a sound. Everyone peered into the end of the open door.

There is some distance from the door to the altar, and the Pope who is supposed to be standing on the altar is not well seen. I just know people do stand there.

A person worthy of the groom and dressed in white clothes all over his body is standing in front of the altar, but his face was hidden in this white cloth again. Its cloth is engraved with a Renato crest inspired by the moon and the cross.

His garments are like priests, and his right hand holds a long cane. The wand was black, with a three-dimensionally built Renato crest on the top.

Though the face cannot be seen, everything but the face was telling the story of him being pope. The gaze of the townspeople had been nailed by a figure who looked like a pope.

But no one can confirm the face of that papal-like figure. They are a little discouraged by this, but the fact that they say they saw the Pope with his eyes excited them enough to make them forget it.

"............... let's go"

When Emilia snorted at Bell's little voice, the two began to walk to the Pope in front of the altar.

At this moment now, the bride of pity stepped into Virgin Road, which lasted until before the altar.
