Can Someone Please Explain This Situation

A little late when I found out that Samurai Chief Dahlia and Chef Cartham, Samurai Mimosa and Gardener Beris were husband and wife respectively, I've been feeling a lot less bad about them. Yeah, I hope you're getting used to it.
