213. The End

Translator: Helene

Two days later, Li brought the Kaka back to Muyang Temple when Zhuo Hua came out of the alchemy room, rubbing his waist.

He saw the two young men holding hands and took an inquiring look at Li, who blinked at him. Zhuo Hua gave a meaningful smile.

Nan Chen left the Demon to Gu Mu. He traveled around with Zhuo Hua, and they cultivated in places with pleasant sceneries. Once in a while, they went back to Muyang Temple.

Zhuo Hua and Nan Chen stayed in Cultivation World for fifty years and finally transformed into Deity, which became a legend in Cultivation World.

When Zhuo Hua transformed into Deity, he happened to see the opening ceremony of Muyang Temple. The first disciple this year was a little girl.

For some reason, Zhuo Hua was attracted to the little girl, who looked back at him.

She didn’t know who this handsome man was, but she felt very familiar as if she had seen him somewhere before.

Zhuo Hua looked at the little girl, who looked like the girl from Hexian Village. It must be the reincarnation of that girl.

Zhuo Hua extended his hand and patted gently the girl’s head. In an instant, the girl shone with golden light.

Back then, the girl’s family rescued him from the cold pool and took care of him.

After that, Zhuo Hua turned around and left this world, as he couldn’t stay long after he transformed to Deity. He had improved the little girl’s physique, and her future cultivation would be smooth.

After Nan Chen and Zhuo Hua transformed into Deity, Kaka and Li shuttled between the Beast and Ghost. Elder Huan Feng had given up on choosing a queen for Kaka.

He was thinking if he should find an heir to Kaka, who might become the Ghost Empress.

However, kaka was not aware of this. He had thought he and Li were close friends, and he was glad that Elder Huan Feng stopped pushing him to get married. Sometimes, he felt people look at him and Li with strange eyes.

Kaka was blind, but Li did not remind him, so they stayed friends.

One day, Kaka suddenly disappeared, and Li searched around in vain. He didn’t see Kaka for a day, and he felt something was missing. He smashed the things in the Ghost Hall and sent out almost all the people, but there was no news.

Kaka disappeared for three days, and Li was like an angry lion. The gentle young man was gone, and no one dared to offend him.

After he looked for Kaka for a day in vain, Li trudged back to Bamboo Peak, where the two of them had been living. He consoled himself that Kaka might be back this day.

When he saw the person in the yard, Li blinked in disbelief.

A sense of joy rose in his heart, followed by fear, and then anger. ‘How could he leave me without saying a word?’

Li rushed forward. Kaka turned around, surprised to see Li. He smiled and greeted Li, but Li roared at him angrily.

“Where did you go? Can you tell me where you are going next time?” Li looked at the young man with red eyes.

Kaka was frightened by the sudden roar, looking down. Li saw that and his heart softened. “Let’s go in.”

Li went around Kaka and was about to enter the room. Suddenly, Kaka tugged at the corner of his clothes. He looked Kaka in confusion.

Kaka blushed and mumbled something.

Li didn’t catch him. “What did you say?”

Kaka gritted his teeth and closed his eyes as if he was determined to die. “I said, I like you.”

Li paused and laughed happily. He stroked Kaka’s head and said, “Me too.”
