"The delegations from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will be arriving in October and remaining with us for the greater part of this year. I know that you will all extend every courtesy to our foreign guests while they are with us, and will give your whole-hearted support to the Hogwarts champion when he or she is selected. And now, it is late, and I know how important it is to you all to be alert and rested as you enter your lessons tomorrow morning. Bedtime! Chop chop!"

Dumbledore sat down again and turned to talk to Mad-Eye Moody. There was a great scraping and banging as all the students got to their feet and swarmed toward the double doors into the entrance hall.

"They can't do that!" said George Weasley, who had not joined the crowd moving toward the door, but was standing up and glaring at Dumbledore. "We're seventeen in April, why can't we have a shot?"

"They're not stopping me entering," said Fred stubbornly, also scowling at the top table. "The champions'll get to do all sorts of stuff you'd never be allowed to do normally. And a thousand Galleons prize money!"

"Yeah," said Ron, a faraway look on his face. "Yeah, a thousand Galleons . . ."

Arth let out a scoffing remark.

"A thousand Galleons can't buy your life back. I would much rather be a spectator, watching a bunch of people trying to avoid dying. Way more interesting."

Ron clapped his hands together in understanding.

"You already knew about the Triwizard Tournament beforehand didn't you, Arth? Do you already know what trials the people will be facing?"

Arthur gave Ron a stern glare.

"Of the three trials, I only know one, however, let's just say the first trial itself is something even a.d.u.l.t wizards would be unwilling to do."

"I'll take your word for it," said Ron with a shiver. "Anything that you think is dangerous ought to be terrifying."

As people started to leave the tables, Arth managed to nab a few turkey legs and shoved it in his bag when he thought that Hermione wasn't looking.

Honestly, he could've fought against Hermione and forcefully claim his rightful turkey as his, however, if the past three years with Hermione, Harry, and Ron told him anything, it was that each and everyone of them were headstrong.

And he did not want to spend the next ten minutes debating with Hermione why he should be allowed to eat turkey legs.

That would be very vexing.

When they made it to the all too familiar Gryffindor Common room, the boys separated from Hermione and made their way up the stairs.

The moment the door clicked shut behind them, Ron let out a grin and guided them towards the beds. Neville, Dean, and Seamus decides to follow as well.

(AN: Damn That sounds gay)

"So," said Ron with a mischievous little smirk, "do any of you boys have someone you fancy?"

"Huh?"

"Well?"

Dean was the first to talk.

"I think that Parvati is pretty cute."

Seamus nodded his head in agreement.

"I see where you are heading but honestly, I think Katie Bell is where it's at."

Ron shrugged, "I think Lavander is decent, how about you Neville?"

Neville went red and started to stutter.

"I-I think that all g-girls are good."

"Ok, what about you Harry?"

"I think Cho Chang is hot. . . . "

Arth raised an eyebrow.

"The Chinese girl in Ravenclaw?"

"Er, Yeah."

"Huh, didn't expect that Harry."

Harry went red and Ron gave a cheeky smile at Arth.

"So who is it that you fancy?"

"What do you mean?"

"Who would you wanna date Arth? Hermione?"

"She is pretty ok."

"What about the blonde girl, Luna I think?"

"She is cool."

"How about Scarlett? She is very beautiful as well isn't she?"

Arth shrugged.

"Maybe, honestly, I see her as a sister."

Arth felt a sharp pain on his arm and didn't even need to look to know what it was from.

"Hello Scarlett, did you have a nice sleep?"

All the other boys froze as they watched a thin red snake slither out from Arth's sleeves.

"Was. . . . She listening onto our conversation the entire time?"

Harry went pale when Scarlett hissed a response.

"She. . . . She said she heard it all."

Dean and Seamus went white while Neville just fainted.

Arth scratched Scarlett on the neck and smiled.

"It's ok, she won't spill anything- ouch."

Scarlett hissed angrily at the hand that was scratching her neck and slithered off Arth's arm.

She turned around to give Arthur one last glare before slithering off.

Arth sighed before turning to Harry.

"Do you know why she is so mad?"

Harry shook his head.

"I do not want to translate that. Plus, she said she'd kill me if I did."

Arth sighed.

"Just great, Why are all the females around me so complicated?"
