Colonial Suit
#1095 - Wedding Night
Four months is a time both long and short.
No matter how diligently one prepares, the appetite of the war behemoth can never be fully satisfied. As the cosmic tide approaches, the Second World, the Third World, and even fragmented, lower-level worlds, all stir. A massive, countless number of ships surge towards the Second World, towards Sasa, Boca, and the human stronghold. These three races have become the top civilizations in the current universe, and the hope of many allies.
No one wants to die. When the Gate of Eternal Farewell becomes the last escape route, whoever controls it will be the savior.
Weak civilizations have no rights; they can only cling to the strong, yearning for the scraps after victory.
Unknowingly, the universe has once again fallen into chaos, just like the Great Chaotic Era of ten thousand years ago. The only difference is that the war then was against the Krodir clan as the enemy of the universe. But now, there are three civilizations supporting each other. No one knows who the victor will be; people pray for the future in the face of a bewildered fate…
At this moment, on the Sasa clan's main star,
Kapreton.
Saros is walking into the massive palace with two other men. He kneels on one knee before the throne. Upon it, the 'King' of Sasa maintains his indolent demeanor, holding a wine glass in one hand and propping up his chin with the other, looking at the three 'seeds' selected from within the clan. His eyes narrow.
“You know the significance of this synchronization. The Sasa clan does not need failures.”
“Yes.” The other two men reply, but Saros remains silent.
“Saros, do you have any objections?”
“No, my King.” Saros places a hand on his chest, expressing absolute obedience. The King silently looks at him for a moment, then nods. “The synchronization will begin in seven hours. You two go, Saros stays.”
“Yes.” The two men salute and exit.
In the main hall, only Saros remains kneeling on one knee, his cloak slowly spreading out behind him, like the ocean…
The King silently gazes at him, his fingers gently caressing the wine glass.
Silence, absolute silence. Even the sound of breathing disappears. Both maintain their postures, seemingly forgetting everything. On the walls of the palace, some faces emerge, glance over, and then immediately retreat, faint laughter echoing from within the walls.
“You know, I never intended to restrain you.” After an unknown amount of time, the King finally speaks, his voice somewhat hoarse.
Saros remains silent, like a wooden sculpture.
The King sighs, puts down his wine glass, and rubs his brow. “Perhaps, there’s no need for us to talk like this. But I want you to understand that in this universe, no one is free. We Sasa clan… especially so…”
“Just like… the Krodir…”
Saros finally stirs. “I think that’s a pointless statement.”
“Very well, I know it’s a pointless statement.” The King smiles slightly, leans back, and comfortably rests on the throne. “But every conversation needs a beginning. And I think this sentence is very meaningful to us.”
“Because, the Krodir’s yesterday is our tomorrow.”
“We are all products of Alpha, always have been. Alpha creates us, dominates us, kills us. Our lives are like chess pieces. We have never truly awakened. So do you still think your encounter is tragic? You are troubled by the restraints within you, but how can we not be restrained? The universe is a large prison. We have never been free.”
The King says softly, “So, we must break it.”
“This requires not only us, but also the efforts of the Boca clan, the humans, you, and the sacrifices of all life.”
“Don’t think this is a meaningless slogan. In fact… it’s more real than you think.”
Speaking to here, the King reveals a bitter smile. “Haven’t you always wanted to know where your bloodline comes from? Go, Saros, complete this mission, and you will get the answer. This is my promise to you.”
“…………” Saros remains silent for a long time, then rises and salutes.
Just as he is about to turn and leave, he hears the King say again, “Letting Lilith be your bride, is that okay?”
“I will try my best.” Saros replies, then walks out of the hall without looking back.
Watching his back, the King’s gaze lowers. His fingers tremble slightly. After a while, he picks up the wine glass next to him and drinks it all in one gulp.
“I’m sorry, my child.”
“The Sasa clan needs sacrifice…”
Sasa territory, endless void.
The War Matriarch floats quietly, surrounded by countless Sasa warships. Saros and his two companions are sent to a certain chamber within the Matriarch, and then see the long-prepared modulation nest. Unlike the Sasa clan’s semi-biological modulation nest, this modulation nest is composed entirely of biological tissue, and the part that constitutes the nest body is a transparent film. Sapos is already waiting outside, and says to the three.
The most ⊥ new ⊥ small ⊥ say ⊥ in ⊥ six ⊥ 9 ⊥⊥ book ⊥⊥ bar ⊥⊥ first ⊥ hair!
“The precautions have already been told to you. What you have to do is to accept the Matriarch’s consciousness in the modulation nest and perform a high degree of synchronization. During the synchronization process, your bodies will accept the Matriarch’s modulation and implant corresponding enhanced cells. If all goes well, you will get rid of your current level and enter a new stage. I think you know what that is…”
“Yes!” The other two men reply, their eyes revealing a fanatical gaze.
God Domain level…
The legendary supreme existence.
Perhaps for the ancient legends, they are not true God Domains. But they are the Sasa clan’s new creations that have taken a different approach. The principle is to extract cell samples from God Domain experts for cultivation, thereby creating a body equivalent to God Domain. Because the body itself contains the rules of the universe, it is not much different from the legendary God Domain level. The only disadvantage is that it is difficult to control. In fact, this body itself is a collection of contradictions, always in a state of collapse, and only a truly powerful spirit can unify it to form the power of the God Domain level.
And this spiritual level is definitely not something that a black hole level can reach. They need the Matriarch.
The Matriarch’s mental power is almost infinite and is the most powerful mental individual known. Because the Matriarch itself is a large collection of various enhanced cells, it cannot act without absolute spirit. Therefore, in terms of spiritual dominance, the entire universe is unparalleled.
What the Sasa clan has to do is to send the most outstanding elites in the clan here to merge with the Matriarch’s spirit.
In their words, it’s like a ‘marriage contract’.
However, whether the ‘agreement’ is successful depends on the Matriarch and the tolerance of the material. The lowest standard for this combination also requires black hole-level materials, so the cost is so great that the Sasa clan may not be able to bear it.
Now, the three materials who have accepted the Matriarch’s ‘agreement’ have come here. Who will become the Matriarch’s favorite?
Sapos looks at the young men in front of him expressionlessly, then raises his chin at the modulation nest next to him.
“Go in. Lucky ones.”
“Wish you a wonderful night…” (To be continued…)
