Aren had waited for Unrakka's attack, and when the red spot slowed down, he made two-pronged attacks with his chakrams, one being a feint, and hit the red spot.

Since the Vibrant Echo buff was activated, the chakram's attack hit the red spot even though he missed it by a bit due to Unrakka noticing that he was in danger.

After killing Unrakka, Aren sat down on the ground as he took deep breaths.

As the adrenaline died on, he started to feel immense pain due to the hole in his shoulder.

A groan left Aren's mouth due to pain before he drank [Health potion] with some hope but...the hole injury on his shoulder didn't heal in the slightest.

He sucked in a breath from his teeth before being glad about choosing this path that let him control weapons without touching them. If he had to fight normally by grabbing his sword and chakrams...he wouldn't survive with this hole in his shoulder.

'There were blessings that could heal cutting of limbs as well since auntie Hemila recovered Quinn's entire hand. However, Aurora flare buff doesn't sound like healing. Never mind, It's better to try it and see what kind of body buff is that,' Aren thought before activating Aurora Flare buff.

The scales on his body and leather armor disappeared before a colorful flame covered his body.

"T-this...," Aren was surprised as he started to feel itchy and comfortable both at his wounds.

The hole in his shoulder was flaring out colorful flames even more, and he could see it healing as new tissues, blood, bones, and skin patching up the hole.

"So this buff is about healing and increasing my recovery speed of all types of fatigues," Aren muttered as he decided to rest and lay on the ground.

After the wound on his shoulder healed, he rested for five minutes and completely recovered himself.

Aren became dead serious seeing such challenge and switched his body buff to Nimbus Force before mounting the sword and spinning the chakrams around him.

Seeing a burning dino-bird covered in red fire appearing in front of him, Aren loudly shouted as he used all of his mental strength to dodge the nasty surprise that appeared before him but failed as his left leg was gone.

"Arghhhhhhhhh..," While shouting in pain, he maneuvered and gradually flew up by controlling his sword, 'Damn it!'

Thankfully, all of his meridians were unlocked, which allowed him to have a better grip on mounting his sword by using spirit energy in his feet's soles to stick with the sword better.

He changed to Aurora Flare buff to recover his leg while controlling his chakrams to attack the burning-dino bird that was a meter long with six meters of wingspan.

Both chakrams ruthlessly attacked the same spot one by one to cut off the bird's head.

He kept Vibrant Echo buff since it slightly helped ignore the defense of enemies with its unique type of attack that was in the form of the buff's name, A vibrant echo.

But before he had time to rest, Aren saw a giant fireball hurtling towards him from the ground.

Aren slowed down his speed and sharply moved down to dodge the giant fireball but...something he didn't expect happened.

The fireball exploded right after he dodged it as many mini fireballs hit him.

"Arghhhhh....."

Six mini-fireballs hit his body's various parts, and one even hit his head.

He felt as if difficulty increased by a few notches.

According to the cooldown in front of him, only ten seconds passed.

Soon he noticed that his speed was not as fast as he wanted it to be. He was feeling some kind of resistance in the atmosphere that didn't let him fly at full speed or rather didn't let him control his gears to full speed.

'It looks like I will have to keep Aurora Flare buff on to heal these damn wounds,' Aren thought as he looked around and remained in full focus for any unexpected attacks while going a bit down to kill that damn creature that released the giant fireball from its mouth.

He could see it gathering another giant fireball, and before he did that, he wanted to kill it or at least prevent it from shooting that fireball.

"GOOO!" Aren shouted as his chakrams flew towards the giant burning bear with an unnaturally big mouth.

While flying towards the giant bear, chakrams released <Wind Slash> towards the fireball.

Aren hoped that the gathering fireball would have a reaction because of the wind and explode there.

*Swooooosh..*

The two wind slashes hit the fireball and...

*BOOOOOM...*

Indeed, the fireball exploded before it could be completed, throwing the giant bear a few meters away with it bleeding all over his body, especially its mouth.

Aren didn't let this chance go as he attacked the bear's wide-opened mouth as both chakrams entered inside and started wreaking havoc with their fast-spinning blades.

He activated his <Icy Enchant> before attacking all birds with his chakrams and slowed their movement and action speed.

After doing that, he barely dodged their flame wing slashes and prepared for his counterattack while looking out on any other threat on the ground.
