"Its speed is way slower than mine, but its range of sensing the lifeforce is quite long. Perfect," Aren muttered as he flew towards the blood spring valley while the giant corrupted orc lord was following behind him.

The plant in his hand was attracting that orc lord.

When he found the orc lord, it had already caused a bit of destruction at the town after arriving there, but fortunately, it was not total destruction as Aren came and led the giant orc lord away.

When he arrived at that town, he saw many people dead, and among them also included people of the Earth. They must have gotten an emergency quest regarding the corrupted orc lord so they couldn't leave the Wild Expanse and died because of the devastating area attacks of Orc lord.

Aren took out the map and looked at it before turning behind to see the Orc lord, "With that orc lord's speed, it will take twenty-five more minutes to arrive at blood spring valley."

After thinking for a moment, Aren decided to speed up towards blood spring valley. The orc lord could even sense the town from blood spring valley, so it could surely follow the plant in Aren's hand even if Aren sped up and arrived there early.

*Swooooooosh...*

After five minutes of flying, Aren slowed down as he looked at the devastating sight in the blood spring valley and involuntarily trembled.

He stayed five kilometers away and just observed the blood spring valley since his eyes could see that far away clearly. The range of his Astral-X eyes was six kilometers.

"Duke Heigan," Aren muttered as he saw duke Heigan flying around as he dodged and parried the attacks. The battle was so fast that even he had trouble following up with their movement despite having Astral-X eyes.

The Blood Hexa Entity was stationed in the air without moving, but its large and blady tentacles were attacking duke Heigan at super fast speed.

The most troublesome attacks were those lasers from its large eye. It was so fast and blinding, very hard to dodge.

He could see that duke Heigan was accumulating more and more injuries.

"Hold on, duke. Reinforcement is arriving soon," Aren muttered as he continued to watch without moving. He had no intention of getting close to that battlefield, or he wouldn't even know how he died.

But he didn't just want to stand, so he decided to attack from here.

He stretched his hand forward and consumed 950 spirit energy to conjure ten seeds of <Demonic Grasp> skill. He also used mutant magic energy to increase the exploding power of the seeds.

<Demonic Grasp>

-Skill level: 1 (Max: 5)

-Skill rank: SSS

-Cost: 95 spirit energy per seed.

-Effect: Using this skill, you can create a seed that you can control. Once it hits an enemy, it will explode to deal damage and release two demonic vines to impair the enemy. Impaired enemies will have difficulty controlling their spirit energy.

"It looks like my physical body strength will finally come in handy," Aren self-deprecatingly laughed as he put five seeds in his right hand and pulled his hand back before taking a stance of throwing with that hand.

After exerting his full strength, he threw the seeds towards the Blood Hexa Entity.

The seeds broke the sound barrier as they zoomed forward. They slowed down after a while due to air resistance, but the throw was powerful enough such that the five seeds hit the Blood Hexa Entity.

Duke Heigan saw something hitting the monster in front of him as he heard five explosions before the ten vines sprouted from those explosions and bound some tentacles of the Blood Hexa Entity.

However, they only bound it for only a second before the vines were destroyed entirely by the corrupted energy body of the monster.

The spirit energy Aren could use right now was only force level 1 spirit energy, which can't do anything to that monster. To use higher force level spirit energy, he needs to ascend his lifeform stage and spirit core.

However, that one second of bound tentacles clearly relieved Duke Heigan and gave him time to further dodge and defend against the next attacks of the Blood Hexa Entity.

"KEEP THEM COMING!"

Duke Heigan shouted as he infused spirit energy in his voice to spread it towards the direction from which he saw the attack coming.

Right after he finished shouting, five more seeds hit the Blood Hexa Entity.

Aren had already thrown those five seeds before duke Heigan shouted, so after hearing his shout, Aren got affirmation that his little bit of interference helped duke Heigan.

"Let's go this...," Aren muttered as he conjured ten more seeds.

'Nice, twenty seeds to level up once, then forty seeds to level up once again if im not wrong,' Aren thought as he threw five seeds again.

The seeds dealt some damage to the monster, but he knew that those seeds could only damage it because of his mutant magic energy.

His spirit energy doesn't seem to do anything to the monster, but his mutant magic energy bypassed the level difference and damaged the monster, albeit very low damage.

After fifteen minutes, he exhausted all of his spirit energy and mutant magic energy. The skill also reached level 5.

But he didn't stop as he started absorbing spirit energy from the uncommon spirit he got from duke Heigan as a reward.

-Requirement: Requires at least Mortal spirit core to absorb spirit energy from this spirit stone.

-Effect: Contains Force level 1 spirit energy, 10,000/10,000.

He also had another spirit stone with common rank, and it contained 2000 spirit energy as well.

After a few minutes, he filled up his spirit energy pool and started attacking with <Demonic Grasp> skill again.

After five minutes, he felt a tremble of the earth, indicating that the giant orc lord was nearing. Aren looked at his left side and saw it.

"shit...where is the reinforcement? It should have arrived by now," Aren cursed as duke Heigan was really at the end of his rope.

*SWOOOOOOOOOOOOSH...*

Suddenly, a loud thunderclap resounded across the whole area as dark clouds gathered and a thick dark blue lightning stuck the Blood Hexa Entity, making it cry in pain for the first time.

Aren saw three people with terrific aura around them zooming towards the Blood Hexa entity. The dark clouds in the sky above Blood Hexa Entity seemed to be the power of one of those people.

Among those three, two of them were men while the third one was a woman who wore a dark blue robe with light blue patterns.

She was the one who attacked with that thick destructive lightning bolt.

"Ketu, there's another monster coming here but it's way weaker than this. Handle it fast before joining us," The woman in dark blue robe instructed as she focused on the Blood Hexa Entity.

She seemed to be the leader of the trio as Ketu, the man with two large scimitars in his hands flew towards the Orc lord after he got the order from her.

The other man dashed towards Heigan and provided protection to him and used some kind of ability as a large green dreamy tree appeared out of nowhere in front of him and provided healing and defense aura in an area.

Blood Hexa Entity seemed to be provoked as all of its tentacles glowed with a dark red aura before a wave of corruptive energy released from it, creating a large dome covering the blood spring valley.

Aren had a bad feeling seeing this move of Blood Hexa entity but he felt that those three could probably handle this monster.

Suddenly, he heard a voice in his ear, as if someone whispered it, "Boy, come here. You don't have to worry as we will not let that monster do anything to you."

Aren was startled and saw that the woman was looking at him. He already knew that they sensed him when they arrived here.

Biting his lips, Aren became determined and flew towards them, he also needed to tell them some information regarding this Blood Hexa entity to finish it faster.

"Cerity, It's recovering from its injuries!" The man who helped duke Heigan spoke. He had created a light brown barrier around the tree and it was defending from the monster's attack. But the barrier was constantly cracking while the man constantly recovered it.

Cerity, the woman with the dark blue robe saw Aren flying towards her before she turned to the Blood Hexa Entity and waved her hand as the dark clouds in the sky released another thick lightning bolt towards the monster.

"Klen, conjure a barrier around the person behind me," Cerity spoke as she took out a scepter and pointed it towards the Blood Hexa Entity.

Klen turned around and saw Aren one kilometer behind Cerity before he conjured a light brown orb in his hand and threw it towards Aren.

Aren was startled but the orb stopped one meter away from him before expanding and covering him inside a barrier.

Seeing it, he flew towards Cerity and hurriedly said, "that monster is weaker to purifying powers. Use to stop its recovery."

Hearing that, Cerity and Klen were dumbfounded, "purifying power to stop its recovery? what the hell?"

Generally, skills and abilities with purifying power were supposed to be used on allies to remove poison, curses, and such status alignments. Using it in monsters and beasts would be stupid as it would instead help them.

"Do it!" Aren spoke with a serious expression. His solemn expression clearly indicated that he was not joking!
