John 8:43-44

v43 - "Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say."

v44 - "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth. For there is no truth in him. When he lies , he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."

Genesis 12:1-3

v1 - Now the Lord had said to Abram: Get out of your country. From your kindred and from your father's house. To a land that I will show you.

v2 - I will make you a great nation; I will bless you. And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.

v3 - I will bless those who bless you. And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.

Genesis 15:17-21

"When the sun had set and darkness had fallen, a smoking firepot with a blazing torch appeared and passed between the pieces. On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, "To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi[a] of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates— the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites."

REFLECTION:

In this message, God made me realize that I was belong to the Devil, not a child of God, sinner and helpless. Until I finally accepted Jesus Christ as My Lord and Savior, I became a Child of God and co-heir of Kingdom of God. I am also able to claim the promises made by God in the Scriptures.

When I came to Makati and was accepted in fabulous and wonderful job of an accounting clerk, God made me have that job. God is righteous, forgiving, merciful and loving. He never leaves me nor forsakes me.

As I matured in my career as an Accounting Clerk, I knew what I should prioritize. It is always my career and my family. I am adult enough to be wise and responsible. I am able to provide food on the table through God's grace and provision.

Praise be to God of Israel. Amen.
