Daddy Long - Legs

Today is the day. Xiao Ying is feeling okay, because he decided last night that he won't be afraid of anything. He wanted to be like his Yu Mo Gege and this is the first step to be like the boy he adored and idolized.

"We arrived, Young Master Ying." Uncle Chen said and actually opened the passenger's door for Xiao Ying.

"Please drop the 'young master', Uncle Chen. Thank you for driving."

"Don't worry about that. Young Master Yu Mo already asked me a favor and I hope Young Master Ying enjoy his school."

Xiao Ying gets out the car and looks at school building. His eyes widened a little, but he already expected that the school will be huge. But, it IS huge.

"Good morning," a voice interrupted Xiao Ying.

He quickly turns around to see a woman in her 35s.

"Good morning, Mam." Xiao Ying greeted and bowed.

"You are the new one here, I assumed." The woman smiled."I am Teacher Chen. I'm here to assist you. All of the students have to be in school's hall to see the opening. Let me bring you there, since I am also your homeroom teacher."

The teacher leads the way and Xiao Ying following closely. Teacher Chen asks him to sit in group of children. Xiao Ying thinks these children are his classmates. They ask each other's names and become friends already. Let's admit it, children are easy to be friends with children.

After a while, the hall is packed with students. (a/n: Let me shortly explain about this school. The school building is huge and I literally meant HUGE by 4 building forming an O shape. There are 4 gates for each building. The center is school hall and every student (pre-school, elementary, junior high and senior high) have to attend the school opening in this huge hall. Don't forget the school's field for each building and other high-tech facilities. The school is well-known in this story).

The elementary students are sitting beside the junior high school students. Xiao Ying counts in his head about Yu Mo. He said that he is going to school too, and since Yu Mo Gege is 5 years older than him, he should be in Junior high school.

"Xiao Ying, what are you doing? Sit down, the headmaster is talking." Said a child beside him and pulling Xiao Ying's hand to sit.

"I'm looking for Yu Mo Gege."

"You know Mo Gege?" the child asked.

"Yes, I know him. Oh, you know him too?"

The child nods excitedly."He is a good Gege. I like him!"

And before Xiao Ying can respond, there are screams everywhere, especially in junior high school and senior high school seats. Xiao Ying jumps and looks at the stage. His eyes widened. Yu Mo Gege is standing there!

Xiao Ying smiles widely. Why does Yu Mo Gege standing there? There are a lot of things I haven't understand about Yu Mo Gege. But who is he to asking around when he is the one who live under Yu Mo Gege's family.

"…thank you for the change given to me to standing here, in front of you all." Yu Mo's voice is clear and clean. The hall is filled with silence. Everyone is really paying attention for what Yu Mo going to say as school's student chairman.

"I wish all students here, except for pre-school students," Yu Mo smiled,"understand everything headmaster said and behave well." There are giggles among students."Let's make this school proud of us and all of students here, don't forget to study hard and play hard. Last but not least, welcome to the new semester of school and for new students, I am Yu Mo, your student chairman." And Yu Mo bows.

'Yu Mo Gege looks so cool!' He thought.'Not only that! The school knew him too! He is really popular!'
