Chapter 146: He Han: Even if You Have a Kid, I’ll Still Pursue You (3)

He had always been calm and self-possessed, but he was going out of control for Ye Fan.

He Han’s fingertips felt very soft, and the delicate fingering seemed to linger.

In the silent air, the sense of ambiguity gradually spread.

He Han was watching Ye Fan, looking a bit out of it.

For a few seconds, He Han did not make any further moves.

He even forgot that they were acting right now.

Ye Fan had no idea why He Han wanted to add this scene. It seemed in line with the plot, but for some reason, it made Ye Fan panic.

His reactions were so strange, and the two of them were abit too close that Ye Fan couldn’t get used to it.

And so, Ye Fan made a decision.

She moved her head slightly, her lips slipping out under He Han’s fingertips.

Then, Ye Fan’s lips parted slightly, calling out.

“Shen Yuan.”

Her voice was so light, as if it was a name that had been evoked from Yao Guang’s subconscious.

He Han quickly came back to his senses. He actually let his mind run earlier.

He Han restrained those swirling emotions and went back into his role immediately, becoming the young prime minister once more.

He Han opened his mouth, and there came a deep and husky voice filled with guilt and pain.

“I came too late, Yao Guang.”

This scene was newly added to begin with, so nobody noticed that anything was off with He Han.

The director shouted with excitement, “Wonderful!”

“He Han, the scene you added is fantastic! I thought you were just going to take care of Yao Guang, but I didn’t expect that last part. That really surprised me.”

With such a change in the plot, Shen Yuan’s feelings for Yao Guang grew even deeper.

A love you can’t obtain, yet one that you can’t help but approach.

He Han’s perfect performance was the finishing touch to the scene.

He Han smiled faintly but didn’t say anything. His gaze as he looked at Ye Fan grew deeper, but the meanings inside were unclear.

After finishing the day’s work, Ye Fan said her goodbyes to the director and the other staff before heading over to the dressing room.

Ye Fan didn’t like wearing makeup for too long. It was easy to damage her skin.

Usually, Ye Fan would get the makeup off after filming was over.

Ye Fan sat in front of the dressing mirror. After having the makeup removed, her skin was clean, but it didn’t affect her extremely bright features in the slightest.

Even though she was nude-faced, there was still a hint of charm in Ye Fan’s gestures.

The make-up artist helped Ye Fan remove the accessories from her hair one by one.

Ye Fan also helped to take them off.

At the other end, He Han also ended his shoot and walked through the long corridor.

The director and the other staff were walking around in the corridor, and they all nodded to He Han.

He Han had already taken off the long ancient robes, but he had left something in the dressing room so he was going to get them before leaving.

The door to the dressing room wasn’t completely shut, but He Han still knocked three times before entering.

Then, he pushed the door open.

As the door opened, the lights in the room poured out, illuminating the corridor behind He Han.

Only two people were left in the dressing room at this time.

Ye Fan was sitting in front of the dressing mirror, taking off the accessories from her hair one by one.

Her long hair was all hanging down on one side.

Since Ye Fan was shooting for the whole day, she had her hair coiled up for all that time as well.

Now, Ye Fan’s hair was still lightly curly.

She was fiddling with her long hair when He Han entered.

In the next second, Ye Fan looked up at the mirror.

The moment she saw He Han, her body froze.

Through the mirror, she could see He Han’s eyes landing precisely on her.

Their gazes met.

He Han’s eyes were deep and mysterious.

His tall figure cast a shadow behind him.

Ye Fan guessed that He Han must have come to retrieve something so she didn’t open her mouth and just nodded at him.

Then, she continued with what she was doing.

Despite the fact that Ye Fan was doing her own thing, she could still clearly feel the gaze behind her back.

The constant stare made it hard for her to ignore.

Ye Fan raised her head again.

He Han was standing in place, not moving.

Ye Fan clenched her fingers and subconsciously smiled at him.
