Dudu laughed, his childish laughter spreading out into the car.

A low, husky voice rang out in the night. “Don’t lie.”

His dark eyes were staring straight at Ye Fan as if he could see deep into her heart.

His gaze was so piercing that Ye Fan couldn’t muster the excuse she thought up.

How could he guess what she was thinking?

Ye Fan shook her head no and said honestly, “No.”

Lips curving up, He Han handed something to her.

With a slightly cool voice, he said, “I brought you food.”

Ye Fan looked down. It was a modestly-sized thermos.

He Han, “My housekeeper prepared it.
