Ch.323 Family (3)

She had to be strong. She could only stand up alone.

In her life's darkest moments, there was once a kind and anonymous benefactor to Ye Fan. with that person's help, she was able to finish high school and she did not give up on the violin.

Ye Fan did not have much character to begin with, and she had no idea how to socialize with other people. Other than constantly refining herself musically, there was nothing else she could do.

Because so much had happened, Ye Fan became extremely defensive towards the world. The only friend she had was that benefactor.

Regarding Benefactor H, Ye Fan only knew of his contact email.

Ye Fan would email him about her recent situation, and H seemed to be quite busy. His responses were always very brief.

But when Ye Fan was most painfully lonely, H would always reply with a long response.

When Ye Fan was confused, she would ask H for help, and H would tell her what to do.

Because of H's presence, those very hard days were not that hard for Ye Fan to trudge through anymore.

It can be said that in her original world, the one soft spot in Ye Fan's cold heart was left for H.

Two years ago, Ye Fan suddenly lost contact with H. He never responded to any of her emails any more as if he'd disappeared into thin air.

Ye Fan only had his one email address. She couldn't find a way to contact him.

Ye Fan had no friends, no family. Her world began to close up again, leaving only music behind.

That was until she met Dudu.

Dudu's dependence and distance to her opened the door to her heart once more.

When she first arrived in this world, Ye Fan had a very difficult time. All the difficulties left behind by the original Ye Fan were left to her to deal with.

The banking account had basically zero savings and she barely had enough to sustain herself. Even the house's mortgage could not be paid off...And, there was a child to feed. This household was dependent on Ye Fan.

Ye Fan had already signed a contract as a substitute actress. Whether it be hanging off a rope from a high altitude or running into a scene of fire, she had to do it in place of others.

She wasn't afraid of hard work, she never was. She only knew that she had to do her best in order to raise that child.

Even if she had to continue being an extra, Ye Fan still had to earn every penny she could to raise Dudu.

Later, the whole stand-in fiasco that made her famous came as an accident, but this way, she was able to provide an even better life for Dudu.

Since Ye Fan wasn't that good with people, she never had any friends. Besides working hard, she didn't know how to do anything else.

She put her all into work and taking care of Dudu. Try as she might to be there for her baby, there were still accidents that were beyond what she could handle.

She also had no idea how to deal with the recent situation.

A faint light penetrated the darkness, and the hazy night began to brighten.

Ye Fan's mind suddenly flashed back to that person who lit up her life.

If H were here, then he would probably tell her what to do, right?

But things were different now. Ye Fan was a mother. She knew that Dudu's thoughts were the most important.

Whether Dudu will accept He Han or not, and what happens in the future.

She will just let nature run its course.

Only when daylight dawned did Ye Fan's tumbling thoughts gradually calm down.

She'd stayed up all night, and once it hit seven o'clock in the morning, she opened the door and went outside.

At this time, the door to the room opposite also opened. He Han came out, and the two of them looked at each other for a moment, a trace of surprise flashing in their eyes.

He Han also seemed to have been up all night, and tacitly, both of them remained silent.
