Dark Lord of Tartarus

The cloud of dust and smoke has completely faded and the wall is now in clear sight as well as the miserable humans trying so desperately to eliminate the extraordinary beings.

Xyn looked on to his clothes and saw a bit of dirt on it.

He patted his clothes to remove the dirt, he worked and thought hard just to make this amazing clothing, he doesn't want it to get dirty for the current moment because the clothes are just new. Indeed he made it with magic, but it's just like when one buys new fresh clothes and valued it, and doesn't want it to get dirty already when it was just recently bought.

After he patted his clothes he spoke to the ones who just fired at them.

"Is that all? Is that all you can give to us?"

He looked around and saw dumbfounded faces of humans, he just smiled at the sight behind the mask.

"Then I suppose it is our turn now. It's time for the main event!"

He looked to his right and then to the left, the guardians noticed that he looked at them, so they also looked at him back.

Xyn looked forward and said.

"Go."

The guardians replied in affirmative and they walked towards the town's defenses, but Xyn added.

"Oh, don't fight at your fullest. Hold back, judging from the power they just offered to us you will need to hold back a lot, don't kill them in a swift, that would ruin the fun for the others. Do you understand?"

All the guardians responded in affirmative and continued onwards.

Xyn pondered about the previous event.

We all came unscathed, then it's confirmed that the dark protection worked perfectly on the guardians, that means it also applied to the Hyades maids. Also, they didn't even damage our dark protection, so the effects are absolute when the level of the attackers or weapons is below the certain level the protection can nullify.

Xyn has given the guardians that he called "Dark Blessing" that gives the person skills or abilities that are the same attributes as Xyn's dark and unknown element.

One of the Dark Blessing's abilities that are given is the one called Dark Protection. As the guardians have the dark protection, they are immune to any range attacks that are below level 70 and immune to any melee or physical attacks that are below level 50.

As for the Hyades Battle Maids, they are immune to range attacks that are below level 60 and immune to melee or physical attacks that are below level 40.

Just to add, Dark Protection doesn't just protect against attacks like that, but also immune to any negative status effects, also immunity to instant death spells and more, protection against those are absolute and it won't matter what level the magic or spell is – it would still be nullified or blocked.
