21 days before the micro-lemmental attack;

11 december 2018 ;

AT 10 AM, The Conference Room :

All the 6 people were sitting at the same place, they were sitting in the first meeting.

But now, Miss June was sitting at the other end of the table too. The only difference.

And just like that an hours long meeting started.

It’s been a week. But unfortunately, till now, not even a single clue has been found, about TTO. Not even a single one.

They had tried almost all the strategies, tried to hack the networks, tried to find the location, tried to catch the mole or any person of TTO.

They had tried more than thousands of methods, but there’s practically no news about TTO. To say nothing about their target, The Leader.

And just like last week. They tried to get or give any idea, from or to others. But still no result. Just like that.. They wasted 5 hours of the day again for nothing.

It’s just like they are trying to find god. About whom everyone had heard of. But have never seen, till now. Whatever sources they tried, whatever method they tried.

All that they got was, people do know about the existence of TTO. But.. no proof, nothing about TTO. TTO become the biggest mystery.

Well, the situation wasn’t that bad, to begin with. But with the presence of Agent K, it became worse. She didn’t say a word from the beginning to end. Just stare at the people’s face.

The other people thought she might be catching up on the meeting. But when, she didn’t even utter a single word in the entire 5 hour meeting. Then the faces of the people change.

After all, here they are trying to get some information or anything about TTO.And here she is busy with her Smartphone.

Well, they didn’t saw what she was doing. But when they saw the occasional smile on her face, their blood just boiled up in anger.

After 5 hours. No conclusion. So, Trevor gave everyone a 15 minutes break, while K was detained... again.

“ Can’t you work seriously?” He almost roared at her. Fine, he didn’t put her behaviour in his sight, the first time. But her laughter in the middle of discussion definitely was a little irritating, okay.

“ I guess. That’s what I was doing. I have sent some information, Mr. President. Please check it out first. Oh! I am hungry. So, I am going outside to fill my tummy first. See you later.” K threw the sentence, then left.

Damn it. It was already 3 pm. Yet she hadn’t even eaten a single granule of food till now. Well, no one can be blamed , this morning hater.

This creature, who woke up at 9: 35 am, skipped her breakfast and reached the meeting room within 10 minutes. Come on, she even has to skip her morning skincare routine to attend this meeting.

It was already a mercy from heavens to her, that she at least got the time to shower. And take care of morning necessities.

Aaye. Without food, how can other members expect her brain to work. But still she didn’t utter a word and bear all. Only to hear, ‘ Can’t you work seriously?’ Like seriously!!!

If she isn’t serious. Then who on the earth is serious, to begin with.

Only she knows how badly she was craving food in the meeting. Yet she controlled herself. But in the end, she got detained again for no reason. Aish! This harsh life shows no pity to her, at all.

She left the room, saw the curious eyes of 4 people, she didn’t want to see at the moment. So, she just nodded a little at them. Then scraped away, towards the direction of the cafeteria.

Ah!!! She could forget the meeting room, but the cafeteria and her own room’s location. No. Never. After all, she is the sleepy and hungry beast. Who live for food and sleep.

Miss June’s first reaction was to check, whether the person inside is still alive or not. After all, the way K ran, it seems like she was just running away from the sight of crime.

She opened the door , only to seeThe President, with a serious look on his face, completely engrossed in his phone. Just what is so good about that smartphone.

Anyways. She closed the door, politely. After all, it was a 15 minute break. And she knows these 3 people must be hungry. So, she led them to the cafeteria.

But, what they saw shocked the 4 people, entirely. Agent K was busy munching her food, completely ignoring The World around her. To say nothing about others, she didn’t even care about her own Chief.

While eating like a hungry wolf. As if her life depends on this bite.. Or this bite.. Or the next bite.

There was no sense of propriety, no gracefulness, no etiquettes, nothing.. She was eating like a hungry monster. Her both hands were already filled with the gravy of her soon to be next bite. Even her lips and the area around it was filled with the marks and remnants of food.

It was like watching a monster, slurping the human child ‘Live’. And they didn’t know whether to talk to her, or ignore her. They saw, Chief Thakur had already taken his food-filled plate and sat next to K.

Anyways, she is his goddaughter. How could he leave her alone, despite everything.

But Miss June and Country P’s people didn’t have the guts to sit next to K. So, they sat at some distance.

“ Alright. Slow down. The food won’t be running anywhere. Eat slowly. Here drink some water first.” And as a worried Dad, Mr. Thakur started nagging around, which made the hungry monster, tied down with the term called etiquettes.

“ I am sorry, ‘Murshid’. Did I embarrass you again? Did I disappoint you, again?” She lowered her head in shame. Like come on, when she saw food, she just went crazy.

Not caring about the people or their views, she just started eating like an animal. But, it’s not like she was like this. She was graceful too. She used to follow the etiquettes too. She used to eat like civilized fellows too.

But then one month. One month alone. In the Barren Island. And anyone would become like her. In that one month period, she killed her fear, her limits, her shackles, her etiquettes, her ‘ordinary way of working’ and all the things that make her human.

She has to fight with other creatures, for food,for sources, for water, to survive. She has to remain constantly alert because of the predators. She even has to let go of her shame, her restrictions, her everything.
