Demon Emperor Prodigy System

Lucifer woke up the next day "time to test out the new equipment", he said out loud excitedly.

"Time to show Frodeus what I have managed to learn over the last two months", Lucifer thought to himself as he went to take a shower and change his clothing.

As he exited the bathroom, "well, that was refreshing", he thought to himself as he began getting dressed into a pretty simple training outfit. Still, he decided to equip the wolf boots, shoulder guards, chest plate, and gauntlets before leaving for the training session.

"For weapons, I should probably go with the weight altering daggers. I still feel the most comfortable using them with my current body, but I will bring the black shortsword with me as well, just in case", he thought as he got ready to leave for training.

As he finished preparing, "time to get going and meet Frodeus".

Lucifer proceeded to leave to the designated training grounds made available for the sake of his training by his father.

As he approached the training area, he could see Frodeus waving at him from afar.

As Lucifer approached Frodeus, he said, "Hello, nice to see you, Frodeus."

To which he responded with, "Oh nice to see you too; how was your trip with your mother? Did you enjoy it? Hopefully, you are ready to train, and you don't think I will go easy on you."

"I can see you got some new equipment; hopefully, you can put it to some good work. So get ready, and let's go and see what you got today."

After Frodeus talking, both of them began walking towards the practical combat training area.

Both were ready to get started with the training session as they stepped into the perfect area to begin the combat training; they stood in the middle of a barren gravel and dirt field near the back of the castle, an ideal location for practical combat.

As they stood ready for combat training to begin, Lucifer gripped onto his daggers and got into the position to begin the attack.

Authors note: There was a two months gap between chapter 8 and 9. As a result, since the last fight with Frodeus, there were two months worth of training in weapon proficiency, martial arts, and practical combat with Frodeus since chapter 8.

Authors note 2: This is a short chapter. There are about to be three fights starting next chapter as Lucifer will go through his daily training routine, including physical training and mana centre training with Talia. After we go through the few upcoming chapters, Lucifer will reach the age of three and unlock the system. After the system is unlocked, the story will become a lot more engaging, and a lot more will be released.
