Baren surprise she answer began answer random questions. He tried not to be rude remembering about her character in the show he avoid. questions about her parents and history. Although annoyed she continue talking with Baren until lunch is over. She was surprised since she found out she like his light hearted personality.

They went back to class and continue the rest of the day.

In the principal office Ms. Darkholme sat on her desk looking at the teenage boy infornt of her with disgust.

"So you saying she got friendly with the new boy. You sure you saw right frog."

A something interesting caught his attention. He saw a group of girl heading to the soccer field with a soccer ball. One of those girls are Jean. With a smile he went to the audience seat and watch the female soccer player practice. Football player were also close by playing football.

While watching the girl play some one unexpected came and sat beside him.

"Hey Baren right"

Scott tap Baren on his shoulder as he greet him.

"Yeah and you?" Indeed Baren was surprised by Scott appearance.

"Scott so I see you been watching them play football looking to join"

He said as he pointed the boys playing football.

" Yeah not so much. I was just looking at the girls play soccer what do you have a girlfriend playing" Taking pleasure talking to Scott he ask. Although Scott and Jean weren't an item yet they were very close with each other.

Scott was little stun my Baren Openness. Of the many boys who were watching from the audience stand at least 90% were watching the girls play, but no one would admit it like Baren.

"Wow your brave one huh. Nope I'm still single . But what about you. I saw you talking to Annie at lunch today." Scott chuckle as he brought up the topic.

As Baren was about to answer her saw a bike drove into the school and a tall buff man came off the bike. He had a peculiar hair style and a hairy body. His nose twitch as he move toward the field.

Noticing that Baren was distracted he followed his gaze as he saw Logan. He recognize him since he came back to the institute yesterday. Confuse by Logan appearance at the school he saw Logan look at his direction and walk to him.

"Hey Logan what are you doing here ."Scott ask but Logan ignore him and stare at Baren.

" What are you. You don't smell human. Probably a mixture of human and something else"

Both Baren and Scott was shock by what Logan said.

( What the hell. My first day at school and they already suspect me if not being human damn your goo smell. How can I get out of this) Baren thought.

Rouge after listening to Mystique about doing something tomorrow saw Logan frowning at Baren.

By this time Jean also notice Logan and went over to the trio to see what was wrong.

Baren seeing another person come over was looking for away out of this situation. Then his phone ring.

As he clumsily took his phone out of his pocket it played a voice message on speaker.

"O Honey Baren something came up at work and I need to head to California for a while. I will be back in a month I left some money for the month take care."

Cringing from the awkward message that went on loudspeaker he heard some one chuckle behind him and saw Rouge covering her mouth.
