Don't Misunderstood!

Since there were a lot of papers that they need to check, Klein guided them towards the table so that they can start

The table was only several inches tall and Klein placed some soft cushions on the floor for the people to seat

Liam looks very much unwilling to check such a large number of papers but one look from Klein was enough for him to tuck his tail between his legs

"If I were you, I'll also call Shane. You can't be the only one to suffer, right?" Klein turned into a whispering devil again as he gave Liam an evil idea

Liam is at fault for uploading the video of Calix and Klein. However, Shane is also at fault. She along with Cain fan the flames causing Klein to argue with that sly and hateful person

All these things are connected to the reason why Klein has a swollen arm and thousands of papers to check. Shane needs to take part in the burden!

"Right, right! I can't be the only one suffering!" Liam was utterly convinced by Klein's devilish words. This causes Tristan to look at him with pity in his eyes. This little guy is too naive, it was very easy to manipulate him

With a face brimming with determination, Liam took out his phone to call Shane. Fortunately this time, the girl that was missing in action for the last few hours finally accepted the call

"Hello— hahaha! Cain, stop!"

Since Liam put his phone on loudspeaker, everyone inside the apartment can hear Shane's voice

Turns out, she was still with her new boyfriend and from the looks of things, they were clearly having fun

This caused Liam and Klein to be filled with resentment. Here they are, facing thousands of papers in front of them yet this friend of theirs was actually having this much fun

This won't do! They need Shane to pay for her 'sins' too!

"Can you stop flirting for at least a few seconds?" Liam asked dissatisfied. Most people don't like seeing or even just hearing a couple flirting with each other. Liam is part of that population

"Hey! Why so bitter?" Shane asked back before this hateful woman giggled again. "C-Cain! Hahaha s-stop tickling m-me!"

"Why not? I like seeing you laugh!" This time, it was Cain that they can hear

If possible, Klein would have already created a portal to where Shane was to put a tape in her mouth

Lovebirds are really annoying!

Liam gave up. He doesn't want to continue speaking with a person that is flirting. Thus, he went straight to the point

"Klein has an emergency because of Calix. Come here in his apartment to help and if you can, bring Cain too!" Liam speedily said before ending the call and turning off his phone

Since those two brought too much sugar for his ears, Liam also wants Cain to suffer

"Wow, you're smart!" Klein exclaimed and Liam's grin reaches past his ears

"Of course! Who do you think I am?" Liam replied proudly while puffing his chest. He looks like a kid that is proud of even just the smallest thing

Cain also fans the flames whenever Calix and Klein met. Thus, Cain being dragged here to help him is a good thing for Klein. This can serve as a little revenge on Klein's part

The three start checking the paper and that almost brought Klein to tears. His right arm that's also his dominant arm was really painful even with just the slightest bit of movement.

Klein can't even use a pen properly

Without a choice, Klein can only resort to using his left hand which he is not used with

But since Klein want to finish all these papers as soon as posible, he doesn't care much for aesthetics

Some time passed and the three were immersed in checking the papers with Liam and Klein sometimes talking with each other when the sound of the doorbell rang

"Liam, get the door please?" Klein pleaded. He was too lazy to stand up from his seat since he has an injury

However, Liam is also an extremely lazy person. A complicated look flash in his face as he feels like every cell of his body is unwilling to get the door

Fortunately, Liam's savior made a move again. Without saying anything, Tristan stood up from his seat as he walks towards the door

Liam shot him a grateful look. Yet another good guy card was given to Tristan without him knowing it

If people's impression towards another person can be scaled from 1 to 10 with the latter being the highest, Tristan's scale would be 1000/10 in Liam's eyes

Where else could people see such a kind-hearted guy? Liam's mind is now set on making friends with Tristan

As soon as Tristan opened the door, a woman's gasp can be immediately heard

"Holy cow! Why is there such a handsome guy here?" Shane exclaimed in joy, forgetting the fact that her boyfriend is behind her

"Hey, are you forgetting that I am also extremely handsome?" Cain asked with a pout and Shane pinches those pouting lips

"Of course you are handsome, would I get a boyfriend that is not?" Shane retorted in a matter-of-fact tone while rolling her eyes. Her shamelessness is really beyond human understanding

"Anyway, Tristan right? Why is a handsome guy like you here? Is Klein finally got himself a boyfriend?" Shane inquired with her interest growing but Tristan just pointed at a nearby table where the other two people inside were located

"Stop the bullshits, come here and check these papers!"

What boyfriend? Klein is gay but he won't just make a person he barely knows his boyfriend!

Why is his friend's mind this malicious? Seriously, the more time that passed, the more frequent Klein is thinking why Shane is even a friend of his

"Papers...?" Shane was confused at first before she realizes what that means. "That is your emergency? Klein, we almost flew the road to come here as soon as possible!" Shane was full of grievances but it won't work as Klein simply looks at her with coldness

"We are friends since high school, that won't work. Come and sit here to help us!"

Shane pouted her lips at that and her shoulders dropped down as she walks towards the table

Cain also entered the apartment to see Klein wearing such little fabric in his body

"Woah, I didn't know that there was an incubus here!" Cain said in amazement and he even whistles causing Klein to roll his eyes at him

"I'll rip your throat if I ever heard you catcall me or another person again" Klein threatened and Cain immediately raised his hand in a surrendering manner

"Yes sir, I won't do it again!"

Shane shot her boyfriend a teasing look. She knew that Cain has a crush on Klein but she's not bothered by it

Whether it be Shane or Cain, they both know that whatever they have is still not that serious

They both have a lot of dating experiences to not realize that

Cain sat next to Shane and only Klein has no partner now. This gave the lovebirds an idea and Cain fish out his phone to call Calix

Calix is the only one missing here. Checking the papers would surely be boring and the lovebirds want to put some 'spice' into it

The call rang for some time before it was picked up by Calix

"What is it?" Calix grumpily asked. His mood was still sour since Klein misunderstood him

Calix absolutely didn't deliberately ask Klein to rest just for the prof to see it as slacking off. Calix genuinely wants Klein to rest since his arm was painful at that time!

Too bad that Calix wasn't even able to explain himself. Well, even if he does, Klein might still not believe him

"Where are you? Do you know what happened to Klein? I heard it was because of you!" Cain started the acting and Klein immediately shot him a confused look

However, Cain just puts a finger in front of his mouth to silence Klein and the latter can only keep his mouth shut

"Why? What happened to him?" Calix asked worriedly. Klein might have been punished severely even though his arm was swollen. Calix is partly at fault for that and he felt guilty

"So you didn't know? Tsk tsk, I didn't know that you were that kind of guy. If you want to check on him, come to the address that I will send"

With that, Cain also ended the call and texted the address of Klein's apartment

"That's that bastard Calix, right? I swear that if you are planning something bad, I'll punch you even if my arm is swollen"

Calix is the person that Klein least wants to see right now! If this Cain dared to play with him, Klein will make sure that he will pay for it

"Relax, this is his fault, right? Don't you want him to shoulder part of the consequence?"
