Don't Misunderstood!

"Little bastard, one more laugh and I'll rip your throat" Shane threatened with a red face. No one would want other people to see them picking their nose especially Shane that always viewed herself as elegant and beautiful

Too bad for her that even if Liam wants to stop laughing, he simply can't as it was too funny for him!

"Bwahahahah! E-even if I-I die today hahahaha! I-I wouldn't have any hahahaa r-regrets!"

That statement almost triggered Shame to throw the mop in her hand. However, one look from Klein was enough for her to continue mopping the floor like the bullied cinderella

"Little bastard, I'll remember this!" Shane vowed but Liam was too engrossed with watching all of Shane's shameful videos to mind that

"Alright, alright. We still have a class later. Liam, go wash up a bit. With how lazy you are, I'm sure you wouldn't want to go home first. You can borrow my clothes but they would be big for you. As for the underwear and socks, I have some brand new ones in my closet. Just take one"

With that, Liam's eyes twinkled.. "Klein, you are the best!"

His friend really knows him! It was a hassle to return home then go to school afterward. Liam would very much rather tidy himself in Klein's apartment to get ready for school

"As for you, I don't have any clothes for women especially the underwear part..." Klein trailed and Shane's eyes brightened

Could she stop now? Shane would do anything for Klein to have her stop mopping the floor so that she can go home right this instant!

"You can..." Klein trailed off again and Shane continue looking at him with hopeful eyes

Such a look just makes Klein want to make her suffer even more

"You finish mopping the floor first then you can go home"

Shane's spirit was instantly dampened because of that. She can't help but stare at Klein with resentment in her eyes. If Klein were to get run by a car today, Shane would definitely not help him!

"Chop, chop! We still have classes today" Klein clapped his hands and his friends immediately did what they need to do

It was fortunate that their class for today was scheduled in the afternoon. If not, it would be very inconvenient since they had a drinking session last night that got cut off prematurely

Some time later, Klein and Liam can be seen walking on the sidewalk. The little guy has a popsicle in his mouth while Klein was talking to his family on the phone

"Mom, Dad, I'm really fine. It was an accident and it was just one arm. I can still use my other arm" Klein said with a sigh

His parents were kind and has everything he could dream of. It's just that, there are times when they are overprotective of him especially after...

Having someone worry for you is a heartwarming thing but there is still too much of everything

"Arc, should I send your brother there? We're sorry, we are out of the country and we can't take care of you personally"

Klein's mother - Eula Ferrer said out of worry. She and her husband - Steve Ferrer are outside the country

Even if they were to take a flight right this instance, it would still take some time before they can return. Not to mention, they are not taking a vacation. They are outside the country for work

"Mom, it's fine. All of you are busy with work. There is no need to worry too much about me. You know that I have always been an independent man" Klein reassured them but both his mother and father were still worried

"But Arc..."

In Klein's family, he was always called 'Arc' that came from his second name Arceus

Being called that way always sounds intimate for Klein as it was the name his family always called him

It's just a bit of a pity that Shane and Liam already got used to calling him, Klein. If not, he would want his best friends to also call him Arc

"Mom, I'm really fine. Big Brother is busy in the company and my little sister also has to attend school. It was just a small injury and I have my friends to help me. In fact, I am with Liam right now"

Klein wants to comfort and reassure his parents but then he realized, he shouldn't have used Liam

As expected, Klein heard some low chuckle at the other end of the line. Fortunately, Klein didn't put his phone in loudspeaker

Thus, he is not someone that people would view as reliable when it comes to taking care of an injured or sick person

"Mom..." Klein himself can't help but laugh a bit. Indeed, what his mother said is already the best possible scenario

As for the clueless Liam, he was currently beaming with joy. Klein's words made him feel like he is a good shoulder to lean on and it gave him a lot of confidence

"Aunty, no need to be worried! I'll take care of Klein!"

"I already told you to stop calling me aunty. It makes me feel old!"

Klein can feel his mother gnashing her teeth while seething with anger. No woman would ever want to feel that they are old

Although it was only proper that Liam calls her Aunty, she still doesn't want to

"But you are old though? Klein is 18 years old already so Aunty must be in her forties. That's already a bit old, right?" Liam innocently stated. In his eyes, he was only telling the truth although he shouldn't have done that

Klein can already imagine his mother holding the phone tightly as if she wants to crush it into pieces

"A-anyway, we are close to the University now. Bye, mom!" Klein already ended the call before her mother's temper explodes

Although Eula is kind and gentle, once she is pissed, she was like an exploding volcano

In some ways, Klein was similar to her. At normal times, Klein always treats the people around him in the proper way. But once someone was to anger him (Calix for example) he would instantly turn into a tiger that is baring its fangs

"We still need to walk a bit though?" Liam said and Klein can only smile forcefully

Liam's naivety strikes again. It was really already a good thing if he didn't cause problems for Klein

If Liam were to say those words to other people, who knows how he would end up

Without saying anything, Klein just continue walking until the both of them arrives at the University

The two were minding their own business while being already numb to the gazes they had received because of how handsome they were

That is until an unfamiliar guy appeared and talked to Klein

"Hey" the guy greeted. This man was taller than Klein that he himself is already not short

His red hair was comb sideways in a nice way and he has a set of pearly white teeth that makes his smile pleasant to look at

This guy was certainly handsome and no one would be ashamed to have him as their lover

"Hey" Klein greeted back with a polite smile. He doesn't know who this guy was but he always treated everyone with respect as long as they don't disrespect him

"I-I was just wondering if you... umm, what happened to your arm?" The guy became concerned after seeing Klein's swollen arm that was wrapped in a bandage

This guy was showing concern for a person he is not really close with and that makes Klein view him as a 'kind person'

"This is nothing. Just a little accident but it'll heal soon. Don't worry"

"That's good to hear"

A handsome and polite man. Truly a rare specimen in this world

"Anyway, umm, do you need anything from me?" Klein politely asked and the guy nodded his head as if he remembered something

"Ah, right, my bad. I actually met your friend - Shane earlier. She told me that you were also interested in joining the Drama and Film Club"

Klein doesn't even need to think hard of why Shane knows this guy is connected to the club

That woman must have investigated all the handsome men in the university already

"That's right. And you are..?" Klein still doesn't know what this man's position in the club and he was curious about it

"I'm Dwayne, Dwayne Hansen. I'm a second-year student and I'm the student coordinator for the freshmen that will join the team of those that don't have any experience or haven't developed their skills yet. I'm basically like the leader of the team until the team can finally stand in their own"
