Soon after messing about while in Astral Form, Rukia took me down to a park near a children's school, "Umm Rukia why are we exactly here" after this the woman with shiny combed black hair retorted, "Well you see I was gonna give you a speech about why you should protect lives and stuff but you don't need it so what we are going to do is do a Mission by killing the hollow nearby"
