"We have the Emperor's decree." The receptionist repeated Runzi Workshop's backing again before smiling and saying, "But if our owner is not satisfied with the government's handling of the matter, then the owner doesn't mind buying the lives of their entire families."

No one asked again. Runzi Workshop had the Emperor's decree, which meant their connections with the government had reached the heavens. This was the capital city, the Emperor's territory. Which official would dare to favor these people in the capital? Were they planning to compete with these people to see whose head fell faster?
