Xia looked around; once she spotted him, she greeted him brightly. It was clear that she would not blame him; the woman was angrily looking over at Kasumi.

"Iwa Kasumi-san, did you do this?"

"Of course."

Hey, Kasumi? Don't admit it.

They could have easily brushed it off as they just got here and found Selia like that. Kiryu cursed realizing how wish washy that sounded. Is he that much of an idiot?

"How dare you, you may be from the Goddess4 and maybe an international supermodel? But you have no right to treat people in this manner," Xue exclaimed, "I heard that you have a bad personality, but bullying newbies like this is too much. Selia is one of the kindest artists you'll find; she does not flaunt her power and status around like you do. And yet, you harmed her?"

Kasumi rolled her eyes, "That's because she was flirting with somebody who doesn't belong to her?"

"I feel someone is not up to date with the news. Austin-san is single right now, and so is Selia-chan, there is nothing wrong with the two of them to get affectionate considering their present relationship," Xue said.

Kiryu wanted to laugh, 'Present relationship?' What relationship? Other than last night, he hasn't spoken with Selia in a long time. What is this delusional manager talking about?

"If you don't offer her an apology or compensation right now, I'll call the police, what you did was a violation of the idol entertainment laws," Xue whipped out her phone, and clicked something, "I just sent word to our legal team, they will contact the police shortly," Kiryu wanted to laugh. What's with that single press of the button routine? It's almost like they were prepared for this situation.

His gaze landed on Kasumi who stood there unphased, "The police? I wouldn't waste their time, I mean would the police really come here and deal with an incidence regarding this," Kasumi drawled disgusted, as though just the mere thought of saying Selia's name was gross, "This slut who made her way up the charts by 'catching the directors eye',"

Selia's cheeks reddened embarrassed. Xue frowned, "What's wrong with that? The director saw her potential."

Kasumi laughed, "Do you know how stupid you sound? Everybody is talking about it; what happened when the director called to have Fujisaki in for a private meeting."

Sensing the mood become tenser, Kiryu sighed. It's time to end this. Kasumi isn't making this situation any better. Contrary to the girl's looks, her personality is very fierce. And when it comes to Lila, she becomes a beast.

"Enough," Kiryu interjected, he turned to Selia, "I'll go with you tonight, that should serve as compensation, right?"

The Xue woman's eyes lit up at his words, and Selia beamed happily.

"You'll meet with me?"

"Yeah."

"Then I'll --"

An angry-looking Iwa Kasumi stood there.

"Kiryu!"

"I know, but you shouldn't get yourself in trouble before Lila get's back. Think, if you cause problems now then you won't be eligible for the duo tournament,"

Kasumi sighed, a troubled look appeared on her face, "I understand that but that was disturbing to watch,"

"I'm sorry," Kiryu apologized, "I didn't want to either," but he knew if he left it be then.

"Again, you're doing this for Lila," Kasumi muttered.

"Lila would cry if you couldn't take part."

"Kiryu, this whole time you remained loyal to Lila no matter what - but what if she..."

"I know, if Lila doesn't want me anymore, then it can't be helped," Kiryu weakly laughed. It didn't matter to him, whether Lila liked him or not. He's going to love her forever.

After what happened earlier, Kiryu returned to the condo expecting to immerse himself in practice. But it wasn't like that.

A few days ago he suggested for his fellow GOD5 members to live in a condo together. However, since then all he's heard is non-stop arguing. Kiryu knew that they had all the capability of getting along with each other. Otherwise how else would they have kept the group going this whole time? However, since they moved into the condo, the arguments between Wataru and Eijiro have become more frequent. Today especially, so Kiryu slipped from practice and took a jog to the nearby park.

Also, he decided to jog and get his mind off things. But the more he ran, the more issues came to his head. The reason he suggested for them to live together is because Kiryu truly believed that's what they need right now. Right now they are letting Lila down, despite what it looks like in the eyes of their fans.

Right now nobody aside from him is close to that legend title. The reason why the others felt so desperate to write 11 new songs and release an album like that was because they also know it. The way they are now it isn't enough if they remain this way the guys in Seven Stars feather will catch up with them.

Kiryu had seen it with his own eyes. The potential of the two duos and three solo projects, it not only brought about their individual talents, but it brought about new-found strengths that had yet to blossom. He's the only one with the skills to become a legend. However, even Kiryu knew that lately, his own ability was lacking. This is no good at all; he can't meet with Lila like this.

His thoughts broke off when he spotted a woman wearing an off shoulder purple dress, with black tights standing by the water fountain in the park — a table in front of her and several flowers as well as a pot.

Oh, is she practicing her flower arrangement? He had heard from Yuhi-san that there's an elite gathering that involved demonstrating skills. But he didn't think that he would find her earnestly practicing for it. This woman is Terashima Sumire, Lila's mother - with her career flourishing once again, Kiryu figured she would be focussing on nothing but music. But it turns out that's not the case.

Kiryu watched as she earnestly paces back and forth between the flowers. He wants to know, exactly what she's thinking right now. Kiryu had been there in the woman's recent live, and the amount of light that came from her was awe-inspiring. Right now there is nobody who can catch up to her. Lila pulled off an impressive stage recently, and yet this woman is still standing in a place where they cannot reach.

"Sumire-san,"

The brunette looked up, her eyes lit up, "Ah Kiryu-kun! Practicing?" he nodded, and she nodded her head approvingly, "I see I see that's good. You're working hard! Where are the others? Ah, perhaps you're racing and managed to get ahead of everyone?!! That's amazing since I hear Eijiro-kun is fast."

"No... that's," Kiryu paused. He doesn't want to worry her since they just moved out. However, he's never been fond of keeping all these emotions to himself. Then again, he is not the type of person to disclose things just like that. However, this woman is different; she is Lila's mother.

It didn't take long for Kiryu to finish explaining things.

"I see. So they aren't getting along with each other. Well, it's true when you put someone in a new environment, they end up having a hard time adjusting. There are those who despite being in the environment for a long time still cast themselves away and don't adjust. I should know that very well, right now, one of my students are going through the same thing, and I'm doing whatever I can do to support them."

Ah, he's heard of this, "The infamous Sakurai-kun is it?" Kiryu said. Kiryu heard how a student somehow blew up his whole house by toasting some bread and a few days later gets struck by lightning. Instead of it striking the building and injuring others, the one who gets hurt is the young boy. Indeed the power of luck is frightening.

Sumire nodded, "That's right. For him, his luck can be used as a double-edged sword. It is something that can be used for the sake of good or something harmful. Those sorts of feelings aren't something people can understand easily, and even I didn't get it. But recently, I've thought that it may also relate to me."

Laughter passed her lips, "It's easy to get out of topic, isn't it?"

"No, I understand what you're trying to say," he paused, "The other time your live went well, didn't it? "

"Fufu, but I think my husband did better. It was beautiful; his sparkles and colors changed into a gorgeous aura. For this time the timing is perfect,"
