It has been seven years since Li Juan left Silver Oak high school,

She was one of the top students in the history of the silver oak, but the day Li Juan left the school premises with swollen eyes and a pair of toiled clothes, she never dared to return to the place once she called her school.

It was the place which tore her life into pieces, 

It was the place which tortured her in every possible way,

They were the only people who helped her to go through hell.

Most of Li Juan's memories of Senior Tang from high school days, would not be complete without his four friends who appeared like the peas of the same pod.

They were always together, until one day their blood sworn brotherhood was broken in the name of a girl.

"Senior Ye Wu Fan," 

Li Juan clearly remembered the amiable and funny boy who always roamed around with Tang Wei Sheng. Even after their gang got split into two, was the one who tried to mediate between them.

"You look so different," Ye Wu Fan examined her top to bottom.

She is no longer the girl who got bullied because of her looks.

Li Juan came well dressed according to her title of princess of Yu Palace. She wore the prettiest dress in her closet, which was the gift from Lee Tae Min's mother and even applied make-up on her pretty face.

The dream of rejoining the research team got brutally crushed and even her scholarship got cancelled.

There is no way she can go back to her previous researcher's life, so why hesitate to enjoy her new life as the princess of Yu palace.

If Zhang Zhi Jun is willing to take a step closer to her, then she should take two steps closer to him.

"How are you?" Ye Wu Fan asked her with a gentle smile.

"I'm good senior Ye, how are you?"

"I am charming as usual. Did you come with your friends? I didn't know that you are interested in attending parties and all."

"People changes, senior Ye," Li Juan smiled.

"I came to meet my friends, but I am unable to find them."

"What happened?"

"My phone got switched off."

"Use my phone," Ye Wu Fan tried to take out his phone from his pocket.

"Oh, I think I have left it in the room." He apologetically said,

"Why don't you come with me, my whole gang is there, it's been a while, drop in for a drink," Even before Li Juan could respond, Ye Wu Fan took her hand and pulled her towards the private room.

"Guys, look who is here," Ye Wu Fan dramatically declared and moved away to make way for her.

"Li Juan."

The moment Zhang Zhi Jun saw the familiar silhouette by the door, he was left speechless.

Dressed up in a simple but elegant, deep red long dress, she stood there like a perfectly sculptured statue. Her jet black hair has cascaded down like waterfall. Her make up was light, but the deep red lipstick has highlighted her luscious lips more than anything.

But her obsidian eyes appeared cold as usual, giving her an alluring aura.

Zhang Zhi Jun's lips bloomed into the most stunning smile his lips has ever worn, 

But on the other side, a timebomb started to tick on Li Juan's mind,

Why is Zhang Zhi Jun is sitting among these people?

"Li Juan, is this the same Li Juan from Silver Oak?" Xie Long who was drunk stood up from the seat and examined her.

"Damn, she changed a lot," Min Zhe said to himself in disbelief.

"Do you know her?" Zhang Zhi Jun asked him.

"Yes, brother. She was quite popular in our school."

"Really!" Zhang Zhi Jun exclaimed, he knew that five of them- including Ye Ling, has attended the most prestigious school in Jing city, but Li Juan was their junior?

"Why are you standing there, take a seat," Ye Wu Fan asked her to sit. 

It was a big table for eight persons and Li Juan reluctantly sat in one end while Zhang Zhi Jun sat on the other end.

"Are you Li Juan? Do you remember me?" Xie Long who couldn't believe his eyes, repeated his question.

"Yes, Senior Xie." Li Juan hid her apprehension and replied.

"What about them?" Xie Long pointed towards Mo Yan and Min Zhe, "do you remember them too?"

"Hmmm, it's good to meet you all,"

Even though she greeted them with a smile, there was a tension in her mind.

When did they become close with Zhang Zhi Jun? 

For a moment, her brain almost believed that Tang Wei Sheng is the one who is sitting next to Xie Long.

What if they know about Tang Wei Sheng and her relationship?

Li Juan took a glance at Zhang Zhi Jun, he was looking at her and Xie Long with intriguing eyes.

"Wu Fan, look at her, she has become pretty like a foreign model. Can you believe it?" Xie Long suddenly became a chatterbox.

"If I knew that you are becoming this pretty, I would've fought with Tang Wei Sheng in high school." Xie Long grinned and leaned closer to Li Juan.

"Tang Wei Sheng," Zhang Zhi Jun muttered the name under his breath. 

"CEO of Tang Corps, back in school, they used to date." Min Zhe who thought that Zhang Zhi Jun is asking for the details, explained in a low voice," And this Xie Long used to bully her a lot."

Zhang Zhi Jun's calm mind got perturbed with that single sentence. So everyone knows about her affair with Tang Wei Sheng?

"Tang Wei Sheng is getting married, did he invite you for his marriage? After all, you guys were a couple."

Mo Yan asked in a mocking tone. 

He loathed Li Juan. She was the sole reason why Tang Wei Sheng fought with them and left their gang.

"Senior Mo," Li Juan stared at him in shock. 

Are they going to confront her past in front of Zhang Zhi Jun? 

"Girl, you should have gone to meet him, I am damn sure that he would've fallen for you." Xie Long scanned her with his eyes. There was a momentary glimpse of lust sparkled in his eyes. 

"Anyway, do you have a boyfriend?"

Li Juan looked at Zhang Zhi Jun. Xie Long who was expecting a reply followed her gaze and found that she was eyeing on his brother Jun.

"Why are you looking there? Oh, this might be your first time meeting him, isn't it?"

They do not know that Zhang Zhi Jun and Li Juan are related? She was in doubt.

"Bro Jun, this is Li Juan, she used to," Xie Long stopped for a moment and smiled devilishly.

"Did you know that I used to like you back in school?" 

"Like!!! Xie Long, what are you saying?" Ye Wu Fan broke into laughter. "You used to pour dirty water on that poor thing now and then."

In their gang, Xie Long was the troublemaker, he teased and bullied Li Juan countless times because of her skin tone. Monsoon days were her worst days, it was a ritual among the bullies to splash dirty water on others. Li Juan was always targetted by Xie Long, til the day Tang Wei Sheng declared her as his girl.

"Aye, it is because she always acted like she is the only one who owns Tang Wei Sheng." Xie Long refuted back.

"No, it was Wei Sheng who acted like she is owned by him," Mo Yan corrected him.

"Yaaa, they used to love each other, so obviously he would treat her like that. You clearly know Wei Sheng's character, no one was allowed to touch his things, whether it's his books or girlfriend."

Min Zhe turned towards Li Juan, "Li Juan, are you still in contact with him?" 

"Of course, she is not like you fu*k-" Ye Wu Fan controlled his words, "it has been eight years and you idiots still refuses to talk to Wei Sheng,"

" It is not like that I refused to talk to him, you know it's just," Min Zhe struggled to find an answer.

"It's just, what? Li Juan who is affected the most by the rumours, is still in contact with Wei Sheng," Ye Wu Fan gnashed his teeth. 

"Are you still in contact with him?

Li Juan looked at Min Zhe with flustered eyes, Why are they repeatedly asking about Tang Wei Sheng?

"Of course, he even invited her to his birthday party," Ye Wu Fan said in an elated tone,

"Oh, really, I thought you must have been heartbroken after hearing his engagement news," Mo Yan's arrogant face had a sardonic smile.

"You know nothing, he has changed, she has changed and both of them are moved on. It is just you who is still can't move on with your life." Ye Wu Fan was fed up being the mediator between two of them. 

"Oh I see, girl, tell me the truth, do you still hold feelings for him?" Mo Yan asked in a challenging tone.

"Wei Sheng is her first love, how can she forget him?" Min Zhe commented,

"First kiss, first kiss," Xie Long added his fair share of memories, " They kissed in front of the entire school, damn it, that scoundrel," He giggled on remembering it.

"You, Tang Wei Sheng's girl, you tell me, did you move on from him?" Mo Yan narrowed his eyes and looked at Li Juan who appeared anxious. 

Zhang Zhi Jun who was silently listened to their conversation perked his ears in curiosity,

It was the question which he anticipated the most,
