Everyday Players at Hogwarts

Chapter 252 Sirius suddenly left

The Weasleys' house is simply the best place in Harry's eyes.

Harry, who grew up under the strict education of Aunt Petunia, doesn't like houses that look luxurious and neat.

The Weasleys' house, which is against logic and conventional architecture, became Harry's favorite after he saw it for the first time.

Ten minutes ago, "That's the main road," Ron said, looking down through the windshield, "We can get there in ten minutes... Fortunately, we can still make it in time for dinner..."

Sirius lowered the car a little, and what appeared in front of everyone was a dark pattern composed of fields and clusters of trees.

"Harry, this is the village of Ottery-St. Catchpole, and our house is a little outside the village."

"There are also some wizards living around." Ron introduced quickly.

"Is that your house?" Harry pointed to a house and said.

It was a weird house standing under the blue sky, like a huge black cylinder, with a ghostly moon hanging in the afternoon sky behind it.

The only house that is so non-Muggle is Ron's house.

"No, that's the home of Xenophilius, the Quibbler editor, a lunatic, and his daughter is said to be too."

"How can that be our home? Who else would live in a place like that except the Lovegoods? It looks like a big cart!" Ron complained.

"Ron, are you sure? It doesn't look like a cart at all," Draco said, frowning at the round building.

"I'm talking about the rook in chess," Ron said, "It's a castle to you."

"What about that? Is it your home?" Harry asked after flying for a while, pointing to a crooked house.

Although it was impolite to think so, Harry felt that it seemed to be a big pigsty made of stone before, and then some rooms were added here and there, and it was as high as several floors, crooked, as if it was built by magic.

There were four or five chimneys on the red roof, and a sign was inserted diagonally in front of the house, saying "The Burrow".

There were some high-top leather boots and a rusty crucible thrown by the door.

A few brown fat chickens were pecking in the yard.

Harry saw the words "The Burrow" and understood that this might really be Ron's home.

Although Harry liked everything here, based on his understanding of Ron, he probably would be depressed again.

"Yeah, not so good?" Ron was fidgeting, as if the seat was full of nails.

At this time, the car shook slightly and touched the ground. It also interrupted what Harry wanted to say.

They landed next to a shabby garage surrounded by a small yard, and Harry said, "No, I like it very much."

Ron had a face full of doubts. He felt that Harry's words were not convincing against the backdrop of the surrounding environment.

At this time, a hurried sound of footsteps and heavy breathing came from the small yard.

It was a thin man, a little bald, with a bunch of fiery red hair standing stubbornly around, like a fence blown down by the wind.

Even his whole body seemed to be blown by the wind. He was wearing a green robe, like grass blown by the wind.

Even when Harry had never seen him before, he knew that this must be Ron's father.

"Does it fly well? Children? Sirius?" Arthur panted and forced himself to spit out a few words.

"Very good, Arthur." Sirius nodded with a smile, turned to Harry and said, "I'm leaving for a while and will pick you up in a few days."

"Arthur, take care of them. Tell Molly that you don't need to prepare my meal." As soon as the voice fell, accompanied by a crackling sound, Sirius disappeared on the spot.

"Children, and Harry!"

"I didn't have time to greet you last time."

"I'm very happy to see you. Ron told me a lot of stories about you!" Mr. Arthur Weasley greeted the children enthusiastically, and whispered, "What happened during the time Sirius went to pick you up?"

"According to the original plan, I remember that after dinner, you three went to Sirius's place."

"Molly has been trying to persuade you to stay for a few days, but Sirius has always disagreed."

"Why did he change his mind? And Kreacher stayed."

"Hello, Kreacher." Mr. Weasley said.

However, Kreacher bulged his gray eyes and said nothing.

"Dad! We just got off the car, and the first thing you asked was how the car flew?" Ron did not answer, and mocked his father for ignoring them.

"Shut up! Ron, how can you compare with Mr. Weasley's great cause." Draco said, and at the same time, he couldn't wait to look at Mr. Weasley, as if he wanted to get some encouragement from him.

Mr. Weasley looked like he had a headache, as if the few remaining hairs were about to fall out.

He still felt that Draco was mocking him.

If he hadn't seen the same sneer on Draco's face as Lucius Malfoy, he would have long ago - even if he did, he couldn't help it, Draco was still a child.

"Sirius should go to Hogwarts, this is related to the position of professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts." Harry waited until the three of them were temporarily quiet, and then answered.

"I knew he still hadn't given up that idea." Mr. Weasley looked like he had guessed something, "He wanted to fight for this position before, for himself or Lupin."

"Lupin?"

"Who is that? Dad."

"He seems to be my dad's friend. We have heard of him in Professor McGonagall's office before. Your memory is so bad." Draco, Ron and Harry said respectively.

"Well, Harry, you are right."

"Sirius also knew that the position was cursed."

"He suggested that he and Lupin take the position together, teaching the first half and the second half respectively."

"But Dumbledore rejected him, saying that there was a better choice. I remember Lucius Malfoy also asked about this matter. Draco, don't you know?" Mr. Weasley's eyes were full of memories.

"I don't know." Draco said.

Then he looked at Harry and Ron.

Yes, no wonder Sirius and his team failed. How could they compete with the mysterious man?

And this position is a fast-moving consumer product. Sirius and Lupin are Dumbledore's own people no matter what. How could he let them fall into this pit?

Not far away, another sound of footsteps came.

Mr. Weasley straightened his back immediately, and it was obvious to the naked eye that it was different from what he had just seen.

"Arthur, have you forgotten the clock in our house?"

"I'm not blind, I can see clearly that your name and Ron's name both point to 'home'." It was Mrs. Weasley.

She looked like a kind-looking lady.

But even people with rich imaginations could not imagine that Mrs. Weasley now - such a fat, kind-looking woman, would actually look like a tiger with sharp teeth.

"Aha, although Sirius helped to make your broken car 'legal' while he was handling the documents for his motorcycle."

"But, this is not a reason for you to delay here for so long!"

"You know, the meal is ready!" Mrs. Weasley said in a frightening low voice.
