Ryouji kept ignoring them as he had formed a plan.. He will make the nobles vanish and send them packing to the Tenrou island and blame Red lizard destroying it in three years making Mavis and Zera the only survivors...

It was perfect he will make them fight together realising his target and at the same time help Mavis in the trade war 9 years from now...

Completing his quest as well... The only thing that he will not accomplice is finding Zeref... He has no idea where he is even if he remembers the story at this point his whereabouts is blank... It was never mentioned in the manga...

The only thing that it was said was that he found Mavis cooped up in a cave with the same curse and after falling for her he ended up killing her...

Many days had passed from when he was strolling and now he was in his room giving his girls their orders....
